Lake Front Paradise is a large, beautiful 3,800 square feet, two story home right on the water. It features stunning new tile floors throughout, with newly installed carpet in each bedroom for your comfort. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. The professional grade gas stove features six burners, a griddle, and two ovens. A 42 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer with ice makers. Cleaning up is a snap with a double drawer dishwasher. You’ll also find a toaster, coffee maker, and microwave for your use. Generous granite counter tops provide plenty of space to prepare and serve your food. Two bar areas ser...ve 8 comfortably.

Directly off the kitchen is a door leading to a large old fashioned porch, which has an awesome view of the lake. In addition to the old fashioned porch swing, there is plenty of seating for eating, relaxing, or enjoying the cool breeze off the lake. ( When Mother Nature doesn’t provide the breeze, 3 ceiling fans do.) The porch is the perfect place to appreciate the breathtaking view of Beaver Lake. Sit back and watch all the different birds that visit the feeders there. In the evenings, deer have been spotted feeding in the yard. Watch the sunset every night at Lake Front Paradise!

The large family room is very inviting with a beautiful tongue-in-groove vaulted ceiling. Lots of natural light from the many windows, including dormers, brighten the room, showcasing the leather furniture and western décor. A flat screen television with cable channels and a DVD player are set up ( for those who fear technology withdrawal!). A corner gas fireplace and a large ceiling fan are located here for your comfort.

Next enter the graceful dining room with tray ceiling and exquisite stained glass light fixture. The large table accommodates 10 for a formal dinner or ‘vacation casual’. The chair rail, corner gas fireplace, and double garden doors complete the elegance. A half bath is located near the dining room for convenience.

The huge master suite is located on the top floor past the family room. Upon entering the master suite, you will find a comfortable sitting room, where you can unwind and read a book. A king sized bed and gas fireplace help to set the mood. The architectural feature of a large tray ceiling adds to the romance. A full master bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool corner tub, large tile shower, double vanities, and private toilet room. You should see the view from the bathroom. Amazing!

On the ground floor, you will find a huge guest room decorated with a western flair. It boasts an antique double bed, gas fireplace, sitting area, television, and ceiling fan. Across the hall are two other bedrooms with coordinating décor. They are completed with two twin beds and ceiling fans. These bedrooms share a full bath, with tub and shower.

Tucked away past the laundry room is a second master suite. A lovely room, it has its own private entrance, double bed, television, and ceiling fan. (The room could easily accommodate a crib.) It also has a gas fireplace, for romantic ambiance ( or winter rentals!) It connects with its own private bath.

The ground floor porch has a ping pong table for on-site fun. In the back yard, enjoy the large gazebo. Take a nap in the hammock, or charcoal grill some steaks right next to the gazebo and enjoy eating them at the outside tables there. In the evenings, the soft romantic glow from rope lighting automatically outlines its lovely architecture.

Walk down to the lake to extend your Lake Front Paradise vacation. Bring your boat or swim right in your backyard! Beaver Lake water is clear and refreshing and offers 28,000 acres of fun. Lake Front Paradise is near the largest part of Beaver Lake, close to Beaver Dam, and only 20 minutes from historic Eureka Springs. Only minutes away is the White River, which is world famous for trout fishing. Fishing guide services are available, as are local canoe services for trips on the White River and the Kings River. A new dive service is right down the road, where you can get all your gear and lessons.

  We loved our stay at the Barnett House. Tons of room inside and outside the home. Everything was perfect from the time we arrived and fresh cookies were waiting for us on the counter! This is a beautiful home and we truly enjoyed our stay. Sheri is easy to work with and responds quickly to questions. Fantastic vacation for our family to remeber!!!

  Fall Family Fun

  November was a beautiful time of the year to enjoy the colors of the season in this beautiful home among the fall trees. My sister and I, along with my 3 children , spouses and 7 grandchildren had plenty of room to spare. Loved the rustic decorations and spacious kitchen. The home had everything we needed...and more. The kids loved the many games and books at night and romping through the woods and leaves and playing in the little playground during the day. My only disappointment was that we didn't plan a longer stay. We hope to go back in the summer and enjoy another stay in this beautiful "home".

  Spent the weekend with my wife and two other couples in this beautiful upscale home. The home is very secluded and less than a hundred yards from the shoreline of Beaver Lake. Fantastic kitchen and multiple outdoor entertaining areas. Approximately 20 minute drive to Eureka Springs for shopping and entertainment and to Holiday Island for golf or tennis. The owners are very friendly and great to work with.
  I highly recommend this home and the owners.
