It is a remarkable spot, seemingly remote on this busy coastline it somehow avoids the crowds and therefore feels like an exclusive club for those 'in the know'.Eze sur mer has wide open view to the sea and an air of serenity.

RATES INCLUDE : Taxes, bed linen & towels, internet (WiFi), electricity & water, heat or air con, light clean and linens and towels change over for stays over one week, telephone.


EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT : 5% (6 months in advance); LONG STAY BOOKING DISCOUNT : 10% (more than 14 nights)

A deposit of 30% is required on making the booking, the balance to be paid one month before arrival. On receipt of the deposit you will receive a Rental Invoice and Contract.
On receipt of the balance, directions to the apartment and contact details for meeting the apartment manager will be forwarded. The manager will have the keys and show you around the apartment.
The rental rate includes bed linen, towels, internet and electricity.
There is security payment of 1000 which is payable with a credit card authorization Master or Visa only, and debited only if there are damages. The Security Deposit will be refunded on return of the keys subject to no damage to the property, the fixtures or fittings. If convenient, the deposit can be held in any of the major currencies when payed cash.

Changeover is normally Saturday to Saturday. But we are flexible during off season. Minimum stay 4 nights. As change-over is tight in high season, access to the apartment will be 3pm or later on arrival, and departure will be before 10am. We will be as flexible as possible for early and late check-ins when notified.

The airport is approximately a 20 minute taxi ride to Eze sur mer

  New, beautiful house was in good condition and furnished with good taste. We enjoyed lovely garden and pool. Welcome package was suprice.
  We were missing internet connection. We did not find French Tv-channels.
