Villa Virna is a charming two-story historical villa. It sleeps 11 people. From Villa Virna you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Valley and of the hills. Villa Virna is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Fabbrica, where you will find the shops and the stop for the local bus. You will find the closest restaurant at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet).
To stay at Villa Vir...na you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space.
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down approximately 12 stairway steps. The pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch and by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a thrilling view of the Tuscan hills and of the vineyards. The pool is open from the end of April until the end of September.
The patio is 90 square meters (970 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the kitchen through an arched French door. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch and by a pergola. It is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a splendid view of the Valley and of the vineyards.
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa. There is an elegant fireplace decorated. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
