Mauley House is a large detached holiday home in the Cotswold village of Kempsford in Gloucestershire. The cottage sleeps up to ten people in three bedrooms - one double, one single with additional pull-out truckle bed and one family room with double bed and pull-down firemen's adult bunks. There is also a double sofa bed in the sitting room. The cottage offers a bathroom with free-standing bath, separate shower, basin and WC, along with a ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. The living... accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen with dining area (seats 4), utility room, dining room (seats 8) with piano and a sitting room with open fire, dining area (seats 6), double sofa bed and adjoining sun room with air hockey table. Outside, is off road parking for four cars, along with a lawned rear garden with patio, covered pond, furniture and BBQ. With many Cotswold towns and villages to explore in the area, Mauley House is a great base for a year-round break.

Lawned garden to rear with patio, covered pond, furniture, BBQ and trampoline. Table tennis in outbuilding at bottom of garden. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Although pond is covered, please ensure children are supervised at all times.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
