All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We were given a warm welcome by the owners who were never intrusive but always there if we needed them. The accommodation was light and roomy, clean and well planned with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. A delightful extra was the use of the summerhouse overlooking the cliff, a beautiful spot for breakfast or an evening read. We found the proximity to Hastings very convenient and spent a lot of time enjoying the historic Old Town with it's narrow streets, historic port and fanicular railway. We would definately go back.

After a weekend based at Eastbourne with our rambling group, the two of us headed east to this cottage to extend our time on the South Coast and thought it was an excellent cottage. Not only was it comfortable and well appointed, we loved the fact that we had access to the owner's summerhouse perched right on the cliff edge overlooking the English Channel. It was lovely to spend some evenings there but even better were wonderful sunrises (if you got up early enough!) We also loved the owner's dog!! Fairlight was an interesting juxtaposition of houses, lanes and cliff walks and there is a 'challenging' descent to the local beach nearby, if you are prepared to ignore the Danger sign that is! We spent one night visiting the local art Exhibition which happened to coincide with our stay and also enjoyed visiting Great Dixter Gardens, Battle, Dungness, Rye and the local Country Park which stretched almost to Hastings.

the cottage was very nice and the surroundings exellent. we were welcomed very warmly and the owners were allways there to answer questions and to make the stay nice and happy. we enjoyed it very mutch

It was the perfect place for a quiet time but with easy access to Sussex attractions.
