Loudon, NHWonderful Views

The home was in a beautiful location featuring vast mountain views. We found the home to be well stocked with all the essentials and in good condition. It was also centrally located for the hiking we did during the week.
A few "issues" that keep us from giving a top rating are: living room couch was very uncomfortable which is unfortunate as you simply want to lay around and relax after hiking all day; the steep gravel road up to the house was basically single lane and it was in very poor shape (deep ruts) near the top; lastly the storage box with the deck cushions and hammock was loaded with ants which made some of the items unusable.
We really did like the house and location very much, but the issues identified will keep us from renting it again if left unresolved. -

We spent 6 nights at Casa Bella Vista in Fairview, NC. This is a comfortable home with fantastic views. Check-in was easy and the house was clean. We had everything we needed to relax after our daily adventures.Zip Lining, White Water Rafting, Golfing, Asheville & The Biltmore Estate are all within a hours drive or less. The house is located high on the mountain and the drive is not for the faint of heart, but your reward is a spectacular view. The road is a single lane, gravel road, that is steep. I think we would have felt more comfortable if we had a four wheel drive vehicle. What we enjoyed the most is the view and the least is the road to the house. Ironically, you can not have one without the other.

Philadelphia, PAGreat location

I loved this house. Next time I would plan on staying and not leaving the cabin for the week as it is not located in a good location(long narrow Dirt/rock road) for sight seeing unless of course the only site seeing you want is right off the deck. Which I absolutely loved the view! I would have given the Cabin 5 stars but the glass table was chipped with plastic covering it... not really safe with a child.

The house is nice, roomy and well furnished. The view is fantastic. We had a great time. I would recommend staying in this house. Because it is a little remote,it is best if you go out for an activity once a day and then stay home the rest of the time. You dont want to be going out several times a day.
As opportunities, I would suggest putting the sofa on rubber pads so it doesnt slide so much on the floor. Also the ceilings are a little too low to have fans and since the fans are off center relative to the beds, some of us actually got their hands hurt in the fans while getting dressed. -

Very easy, no hassles, amazing view, gorgeous house, welcoming, all the amenities. Saw bears! Only comments were need better signage to get to house, glass coffee table a little treacherous, but otherwise awesome. Definitely going back.
