Luxury Corner Penthouse on top of a hill with an astonishing view of the ocean, marina, Vieques & Culebra Islands, some Keys, city and mountains. It is fully air conditioning and decorated with very good taste. The apartment is two (2) years old, which means it is practically new, as it is the furniture and appliances. Our guests find everything they need and more to enjoy a wonderful vacations.

The penthouse is near beaches, bioluminescent bay, El Yunque Rainforest (2,000,000 people visit it last year), golf courses, 5 star hotels and not too far of the 2nd. most beautiful beach of the world, according to National Geographic... Flamingo Beach in Culebra.
Away from the metropolitan area and yet not too far to enjoy a day in Old San Juan or go shopping.

We just got back from our vacation in PR. The Penthouse was truly amazing. Every year, when I book our vacation rental, I look for location, size, $$ and then decor. This penthouse surpassed everything I thought it would be. Everything was upgraded and was so plush, comfortable and beautiful. It was so nice to meet Luisa and Homero upon our arrival & get a tour of the PH. We needed it because there were so many amenities that we utilized. Everything was conveniently placed & labeled for easy use. The WiFi was great because unfortunately a few times we had to work. We used the washer & dryer & didn't come home with a stitch of dirty laundry, which was so nice! Having a dish washer was fantastic too because we cooked dinner on the grill & ate outside a few nights, which was beautiful. But the best time in the condo was waking up in the morning & having our first cup of Puerto Rican coffee & watching the sunrise. Shortly later the boats would start to go out from the marina & we were all mesmerised watching them. Unfortunately, it rained most of the days that we were there, so having alot of room for our 6 people really helped make our stay so much easier because we weren't on top of one another. We did get to go to the beach a few days and LuQuillo beach near by was amazing. We also went to El Yunque Rain Forest to swim in the waterfalls. We went back the next day to Zip Line which was so much fun for the kids, and it was only a quick 20 mn car ride. We did the bioluminescent kayak tour which was the highlight of our trip. That too was only a quick 15 mns away. La Ola restaurant (within walking distance) was amazing! We went there several nights. We were successful at the El Conquistador Hotel Casino too! My family truly got a taste of our heritage and loved being apart of it. Being so close to everything and having such an amazing penthouse to stay at truly was a magical experience for my family and friends. Thank you for renting it to us!
