All 3 bedrooms are air conditioned. Flat screen TV, and high speed internet for your enjoyment. This fully furnished three bedroom resort style vacation rental condominium with ocean front view is located in the city of Fajardo on the east coast of Puerto Rico just 35 miles from the San Juan Airport. It is located within a short drive of many local restaurants such as 'La Estacion', the ferry to 'Culebra' one of the best beaches in the world, and boat charters. There are also plenty of tourist attractions such as the 'Bioluminescent Bay' one of the three bioluminescent bays in PR, 'Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve' a nature reserve that encompasses seven different ecosystems including forests, beaches and offshore coral reefs, 'Las Cabezas de San Juan Light House' one of the oldest lighthouses in Puerto Rico and the only one used for nautical reasons in the entire island, Puerta del Rey Marina the biggest marina in the Caribbean, 'El Yunque Rain Forrest' and countless other area tourist attractions.

The entire reservation process is done electronically via the internet. There is no need to print or fax any documents.

We loved this condo! The clean, open space was well maintained, the facilities were very nice, check-in/out was efficient, and the view from the deck was great. The only drawback was we had to run to the store almost immediately because there was no toilet paper in one bathroom and about 20 sheets in the other. Nice tapas bar on the ocean just down the hill from the condo. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for 3 nights in mid-January before heading on to El Conquistador. These condos are brand new - 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and mattresses, stainless appliances, granite countertops, etc. This condo is also at the higher parking area, which we liked because the views of the Caribbean and islands were excellent).
Very well decorated, plenty of utensils, etc., including plenty of comfy furniture on the large balcony (spent our mornings here enjoying our coffee and the excellent views of the water & islands).
Condos have 3 pools, with the upper pool having a nice water slide. The lower pool has a nice infinity-edge pool and a hot tub.
Great place to stage yourself for day-trips to the islands (strongly recommend you take the ferry to Culebra and Flamenco Beach. Also, Mamsitas on Culebra has good food, killer painkillers!). Lots of charters available out of Fajardo, including tours of the bioluminescent bay.
Recommend you stop at Economart on the way into town to get groceries. Good directions, condo pretty easy to find.
The owner was also great to work with, flexible on time and place to meet in San Juan to pick up keys.
All in all, highly recommended, we usually shy away from condo rentals, but this one was a pleasant exception. -

I have vacationed in Fajardo for the past eight years and have stayed at hotels, solely. This year, I decided to seek a condo on the beach. I chose Eduardo's condo at Pena Mar Ocean Club.
It was Terrific-the best accommodation I ever had on the island. The property is very spacious, modern, spotless, and loaded with amenities. The sliding doors open and face the ocean, allowing a cool, constant breeze to refresh your body both day and night. The view could not have been better, watching sunbathers or cruise ships departing at night. The location is excellent in the heart of exciting and active Fajardo. Don't worry about safety. The complex are extremely safe with four different entry keys. I had a chance to meet the owner, Eduardo. He is very cordial and was more than happy to meet any requests. He is very thorough and honest--a true businessman.
Consequently, I cannot recommend Eduardo'scondo enough. It's truly a 5-star residence. Without question.

Hotels are expensive here, especially with an ocean view. Here we had security, an ocean view, beach, kitchen, nice bathroom, and plenty of room to move. It was way more afordable then the hotels. Eduardo Ferreira is really easy to work with, and knows all about travel, and where to go. We recommend the Ferry to Isla Culebra, las croabas lagoon, local shopping and restaurants, el Yunque, Luquillo beach and for sure the three pools in the property. Would definaltey recommend the Condo!

I went to Fajardo to attend my cousin's wedding at El Conquistador Hotel and was looking for a place that was affordable. I found this apartment through this site. I had never rented an apartment on vacation before so this was all new to me. The place was immaculately clean,very safe and was close to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Fajardo or it's surrounding areas, it was definitely worth it especially the price, you couldn't ask for anything better!

I was so fortunate to find this gem for my vacation in early July! The place is big, neat, with everything you may need in terms of amenities. Unlike the mega resorts which I've been to before, what makes this condo unique is its coziness. My girlfriends and I really felt at home lounging around on the cushy sofas, enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean and cooking a nice dinner in the state of the art kitchen. We also felt super safe walking back from the clubs early in the morning as this property has good security. Finally, the owner has the patience of a saint, available to answer our million questions before the trip and even recommending local spots to visit in the area. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place for their Puerto Rico stay!
