We are but a short walk away from the clear shallow waters of Burrwod Beach and 5 minutes drive away from the Outameni Museum. Also within a short 10 minute drive is the new Falmouth pier, developing waterfront,the renowned Luminous Lagoon (Glistening Waters) and the Greenfield Stadium new home of the Jamaica Jazz & Blues Festival. Parking is free on the property and transportation can be made avallable if booked in advance .Additional fees apply.

In summer of 2012, we had the pleasure to have stay at Briarwood with Charmaine and Baron Barnett.and we can say how nice it was to have an apartment so close to everything.
The apartment is furnished with every thing you can think of.You can't be bored. Well we didn't .And why get board,this is homely, every one is so friendly, just a stone throw away from the beach,just a walking distance.
Shops in Falmouth,or you can go to Montego Bay.
Down at the highway one can always hail a cab or a bus that will take you to Negril,Ocho Rios or even to Kingston.The best thing of all,you have this apartment for your self,and you can just believe that you live there on this beautiful Island.
And when your time is up,one can just start to save up for another trip, to Jamaica and live it up all over again.
We take our hats off for Charmaine and Baron Barnett,for a great service,hospitality,friendly atmosphere,and a wonderful time in Jamaica,where you have home away from home.
So Charmaine and Baron,thank you so much for having such a grate guest house in Jamaica,and you can be sure that we willcall again.

The Sunset at The Residences of Briarwood is amazing!I felt right at home the moment I stepped foot in the building. With a balcony view overlooking the ocean, beautiful rooms all decorated to perfection, and amazing staff personnel; I had a hard time leaving. I look forward to staying again this year!

Tout était très bien. Le service, la propreté, l'appartement très spacieux, la tranquillité, le petit déjeuner servi sur le balcon, wi-fi libre. Accueil très amical. Nous avons été enchanté de ce lieu. A 10mn de Falmouth, petite ville typique de la jamaïque. Nous sommes des kiteurs, il est donc préférable de louer une voiture pour descendre sur le spot (Bounty beach) bien qu'il soit à 2mn en voiture mais avec le matos sur le dos... Pas terrible. Pas de stockage possible sur la plage.

Stayed at the property from feb 27th to march 5th. Had a fabulous time. Went with 2 of my kids ages 8 and 3 and they loved it. The area where property is located is lovely and peaceful. It was like being home, fantastic view of the ocean. Had the all inclusive deal and the food was very good. Will definetly go back.
