What a fabulous location, and the cottage is so close to the water you can sit on the porch and watch the kids, no hauling all the junk to the beach! The cottage is not fancy but has all the necessities, is nice and clean. Kids loved the bunk house, and we loved the outdoor shower and the porch bed. Nice and close to lots of outings, we have 6 kids ages 10 and under and it was perfect location. Nice roped in area for kids to swim and nice raft for kids to jump from. Kids also spent lots of time looking for sea glass on the beach.

We have stayed in this house twice and have greatly enjoyed it. There are spectacular views of Buzzards Bay from the porch, and swimming off the restricted access beach is wonderful. The house is well maintained and very comfortable with all desirable amenities. Owner is most accommodating for special requests.
