With 9 bedrooms, 6 baths, two fully equipped kitchens, a huge dining room with two dining room sets, this home is the perfect place for your family reunion, corporate retreat or lodging for wedding guests. The house features central a/c, wireless internet, cable tv, bbq grill, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, coolers and much more. There is even a Bocce Ball Court! All linens and towels are provided. Sleeps 18 to 20.

Our family had a great time. The large number of bedrooms and baths, the two kitchens, the large dining room and backyard -- the house was ideal for a large group. Everyone was comfortable. And the location was perfect. We hope to go back.

This beautiful home was the perfect place for our entire family to vacation to the Cape and enjoy each others company. The size of the house allowed us to hang out together, but also have our own space. The yard was perfect for enjoying the weather and a good game of bocce ball while we cooked out. The location was right outside of the shops of downtown Falmouth and the bike trails to Woods Hole. A wonderful vacation and priceless memories!

The Copper Beech Inn is the most beautiful home in all of Falmouth. It is not pretentious and trying to be anything it is not. It has a victorian feel that hits on all cylinders. The home is wonderfully insulated from noise and the furnshings are top notch. I can say it was the highlight of our vacation. We had 13 people in the house and we were never on top of one another. Having 2 kitchens was very helpful and there were more than enough bathrooms. It was very difficult to leave at the end of the week, for I wished that the house was mine forever!
