Recently built IMMACULATE Beach House....only 4 houses away from Bristol Beach or exclusive Falmouth Heights Beach. Beautifully furnished and decorated home with all the amenities. 3 Bedrooms, 2 full Baths and a large private Outside Shower Stall. Large kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances including a dishwasher and Beverage refrigerator. CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING and ceiling fans in all rooms. 50" Smart HDTV with cable and DVD Bluray player and High Speed Wireless Internet. All bedrooms have their own flat screen televisions. Linens and Bath Towels included in rental. WASHER and DRYER. Fenced backyard with driveway for 3 cars. Weber gas grill with patio dining for 6 along with 2 relaxing lounge chairs. 2nd floor Balcony seats 2 people with direct view of Little Pond...perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or morning coffee. Beach chairs, wagon and (2) Kayaks for use on Little Pond available. Not your typical Cape Cod cottage with dated furniture or amenities.

How do damage deposits work?
