The coastal path is well worth a stroll where you'll discover many secluded bays and coves all with crystal clear water. A cruise to the ghost town of Famagusta is a fantastic day out which includes a swim in the Mediterranean waters. Pernera gets constant sunshine all summer long and there are a few sandy beaches in this area; the most popular being the Marlita beach. This beach has all the amenities you will need from renting of sun beds and parasols to water sports for the more energetic. The beach has golden sand with crystal clear shallow water, ideal for children and a favorite for snorkeling and scuba diving. As well as the many beaches there is a large communal pool on the complex for when you don’t fancy the beach. The complex is also surrounded by many cafes, bars and restaurants making it a very lively and enjoyable resort.

Pernera has a lot to offer the holiday maker with a variety of shops to browse and restaurants to suit all tastes. The local bars all welcome children and offer Sky Sports as well as daily and nightly entertainment. There is a small water park just a short walk away which is suitable for younger children. A stroll along the coastline from the brand new boardwalk is a must taking in the breathtaking views of the crystal clear waters.
