This house had its ups and down but mostly very good. stairs in the house are very steep if you have smaller children and the bed in the guest house is not comfortable at all. The fridge doesn't get cold enough in the main kitchen. Other than that this was a great stay. plenty of room to accommodate all 16 of us that went and plenty to do and a dock for our boat rental (even though your not suppose to dock them). I would recomend this to my friends and family if they were traveling to big bear.

- Very comfortable house, very clean, and amenities in great shape
- Location was great, on the lake, away from the crowds on the south side of the lake
- Private dock allowed very easy access via boat (for wake boarding and jet skiing) -

Petfect vacation spot right on the lake. Sat in the hot tub while the kids fished off the dock. We played pool, watched tv on the big screen and were able to still do our work with super fast Internet!

We had a great time right on the lake. For us this was a perfect place for out large family get away. There was enough space, so no one end up killing each other off by the end of our trip-LOL! The kitchen suplies where fully stocked with needed pots and pans(not just 1 old pot & 1 old frying pan- lots of useful cooking supplies "big plus")Our family is easy to please and will definatly return again, but if little things like a week leg of a table will ruin your trip or step stair way is a horrible thought then you should probable find a resort. I read alot of reviews before we rented about lots of places and the one thing that seemed to upset alot of people were cobb-webs. I don't know why but it must just be a trend in Big Bear- LOl because the place was really clean and yet there was still cob-webs. Didn't bother us! Who cares! Hope you all enjoy your vacation! Fyi-bring laundry soap & Get full explanantion on check in- can be confusing and dificult in the dark
