We love the oceanside area of Fenwick Island, for quiet residential proximity to beach - beach the way it used to be! We have rented there for several years, this was our first time in this house. We had a pretty motley group of 10 people. Siblings, partners, grandparents, step- and grandchildren We had plenty of room! The floor plan had plusses and minuses -- separate apartment on ground floor, three bedrooms plus master suite on middle floor, one bedroom plus kitchen, dining area, and two living areas on top floor. Multiple outdoor porches. Lots of places to get away from each other, with room to come together. Still, a feeling of sacrificing architectural logic for ocean views, I guess that's fair. I personally thought there were too many TV's. Wifi was fine. Appliances were functional, beds comfortable, water pressure just fine, Outdoor shower was great. All was clean and neutral, if not "home-y." No old paperbacks or puzzles. Plenty of dishes But minimal cooking tools ! Bring your own grater! There's no beach equipment or toys. This is a good house in a great location. If the room arrangements suit your group you will enjoy this place. … see more

This year was the fifth year that my family and I have rented this lovely, well appointed home. Located on the bay (awesome view at twilight and in the early morning) and with the beach right across the road, we consider this our second home. The house is about two miles from Ocean City and about five miles from outlet shopping. Additionally, for the directionally challenged, everything you want to do is within 2 to 5 miles up or down Coastal Highway. This house is great for large family stays and children will feel comfortable and at home. We enjoy having the flexibility of preparing our meals at home and the house is so well appointed you could bake if you so desired. The rental management office is highly responsive and very helpful.
