The staff at Wilgus Realty were efficient and helpful. The check in and out was very easy. The condo was well stocked with all that was needed. The location was ideal. The only drawback was the truck traffic on the beach. Children needed to be watched carefully.

Mechanicsburg, PaPoor housekeeping
Left on 07/26/2012 for a stay in July 2012
House keeping was terrible. There was sand in the bathrooms in the corners. The bath tubs didn't even look like they were cleaned from the prior people. There was finger prints on the sliding glass door going out to the ocean front deck.
The kitchen needs more pots and pans. There was a lot of mixed match pieces.
I do not hold this against Wilgus.

1st Time Renter in Fenwick Island

All interactions with the Wilgus associates Rental Office were excellent. Check in and check-out was extremely efficient and the staff was very friendly. Note that you only have a two hour window to pick up the keys on Saturday check in day.
This will be a critical review because at this rental price point, I expect near perfection. There is no close public access to the beach in this area, so it feels like the beach is reserved for the unit owners of private properties in that area. You can walk across the divided four-lane highway to a very nice pool and a little dock on the bay side.
35 Kings Grant has four bedrooms, a den with a sofa bed, and four full baths. Ocean view from every window in the back of the unit. Rear deck with patio furniture. Walk off the deck and down to the beach across one of two wooden walkways that cross the protected dunes. The townhouse looks like the owners left for the day and only took their clothes. You will find everything else you need in the drawers except for food. You will even find spices, salt, pepper, etc. in the kitchen. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and some frisbees are located in the storage unit below the unit. Numerous books are located throughout the unit for you to read.
This is a very nice unit, except for: (1) There is a grill located below the unit. We like to cookout, unfortunately this grill was a big disappointment. Only the back half of the burners worked and it was totally rusted out. At this price point, I consider this to be totally unacceptable. (2) Only two of the four main bedrooms had TVs. This, too, was a big disappointment for late evenings when everyone wanted to retire to their room and watch TV. (3) The carpeting in the living room/dining room area was a little disgusting. I would not expect to see so many stains on it.
In the kitchen you will find travel brochures, coupon books, and maps. You get two assigned parking spaces and there are several more unmarked spaces for guests.

Beautifull condo. Layout is comfortable. This condo is exceptionally well supplied. Location to the beach is excellent and the pool is a bonus, but you have to cross a 4 lane highway to get there. Every table and shelf is covered with the owners personal items, so this is not a good place for children. The beach is not guarded. This unit's location requires a car trip to buy or do anything.
