Just steps from the beach, this five-bedroom retreat offers all the bells and whistles. Located just south of the main part of Fenwick Island, the home is within walking distance of Ocean City, Maryland.
Take note that pets aren't allowed in this home. When you arrive, explore the residence and all of its amenities. There's central air conditioning for staying cool, a fully furnished kitchen for making your favorite dishes, and a den for quiet reading. Three televisions allow for individualized TV watching.
Ensure a fabulous vacation by taking a boat cruise, going out for seafood, and learning a new water sport.

40127 Fenwick ave. is an absolutely great place for a family vacation. We had 13 people there the last week of august, ranging in age from 18 months to 77 years, and everyone was comfortable and happy. Additionally, with four levels of living space, there was none of the cramped feeling we experienced in other vacation rentals.
The location is perfect, regardless of whether you want to shop the outlets in Rehobeth, party in Ocean City, enjoy the boardwalk, or just lie on the beach and enjoy the absence of city noise and stress. No matter what type of food you prefer - seafood, steaks, pizza, deli sandwiches, etc. - it's all readily available. And that doesn't take into consideration the gas grill and the high-end kitchen.
For the kids (and the big kids, too), the house is conveniently located for trips to miniature golf, arcades, a Candy Kitchen store, and the nationally-known Fisher's Popcorn. Being located very near an intersection, it was easy for everyone - even the youngsters (with supervision) -to navigate voyages to each of these attractions with virtually no stress.
Needless to say, we're looking forward to returning to 40127 Fenwick ave. in 2013.

The "yellow house" was perfect for our annual family vacation. We are planning on returning again next year. This house had everything we needed, and more. Our kids enjoyed the view to the 4th floor from the ground floor and provided hours of entertainment. We feel very lucky that we were able to spend a week here. Thank you!

Nicely furnished; closet organizers a great idea; welcome gift a nice touch. Also liked the propane gas line for the grill. Only thing missing was a "griddle" for pancakes!
