Ocean front three bedroom plus den, four bathroom townhome just outside of the town limits of Fenwick Island. The den is located on the first floor and has access to a full bath in the hallway. The second level features two suites and one is ocean front. The third bedroom is on the top floor with a full bath (also a suite) + a double size sleep sofa. Bring your family and enjoy a relaxing vacation escape! A Community pool is located in the bayside section of the community. Pool is directly bayfront, beautiful views. This is the second time we have rented this unit. (our first expericence was great) We love the size and location for our family. However, this recent rental experience was disappointing. The unit was not clean. It didn't look as if the carpets had been swept. The bathrooms were very dirty, the kitchen floor was very sticky an dirty, and there are many repairs to report. The master bedroom was left untidy (bed was was just thrown together, a laundry basket with towels in it left on the floor) The bath has black mold on the ceilings, due to a water leak and there seem to be some electrical problem in the master bedroom. The lamps were all unplugged. When I plugged them in and turned on the wall switch there was a delay in the power. We basically had to clean the place before we felt at all comfortable using it. I don't know if we would rent the unit again. May look elsewhere. I understand rentals are not cared for like your own home, but this was unacceptable for the cost of the unit. I'm paying for cleaning in my rental fee and did not get that service. Also, the place was full of flies. The slider and screen in the master bedroom was left completely open. We misplaced one of the keys and did not get our deposit back, but we had to clean the place so your should be reimbersing us for that instead.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We do apologize that you did not find the home adequately cleaned before your arrival. The owners have checked the outlets and the ceiling and have found no problems. We would like to also note that GUESTS do not pay for the cleaning. It is NOT a charge that you incur. The owners have replaced the cleaning crew for the 2013 season - so there should be no mishaps this year. Thank you for your continued patronage.

Our rental was well stocked but way too much clutter and I think as a result was very dusty and not as clean as we would have liked. We also had to deal with a mouse in the house...not a welcomed visitor. We liked the location and the closeness of the beach. The pool area was very nice too. We would stay at Kings Grant again, but not in #16.

It was our 12th year in Kings Grant, but first year beach side. We have made it an annual trip with our family and my brothers family. We enjoyed being so close to the beach watching the dolphins and waves. The unit was very well taken care of and very "homey".
Looking forward to many more years at Fenwick and many more sunrises and sunsets. -

Have stayed in this unit in the past (2001) with my in-laws. It's well taken care of by the owners. Wilgus makes check in a snap. Had a slight issue with the lock on the front door. They were very timely to resolve. Plan on renting the same unit next year.
*Only (constructive) criticism housekeeping did not do a great job cleaning mirrors and glass. Before unpacking we did ourselves.

The location was perfect, the townhouse was clean and decorated nicely. There were a few areas that need minor repair, some trim had pulled away from the bathroom sink.

The unit was great, had everything we would want for our stay. September was a great time to spend in Fenwick Island. Would rent there again.
