This distinguished well-appointed property is located in a very private setting at the extreme North end of the Town of Fenwick Island, with unobstructed views of Little Assawoman Bay and the State of Delaware Nature Preserve. It has its own private beach for discriminating guests that enjoy a quiet natural setting. The home is only rented to single families (maximum 10).
Fenwick's pristine, wide, soft sand beach (no fees) is 2 short blocks from the property. Great restaurants, cafes, and shopping are all within walking distance. Ocean City, Maryland (2 mi. south of Fenwick) has many restaurants, boardwalk amusements, golf courses, fishing, jet-ski and boat rentals, etc., etc.
