The Pelicans Condominiums are an oceanfront property conveniently located to many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, art galleries, marinas, piers, putt putt golf, playgrounds, several beautiful golf courses and minutes away from the Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach.
We are also an easy 40 minute drive away from Jacksonville International Airport.

We held our family reunion at this wonderful property, so rented several rooms. It is amazing how many people you can comfortably fit in these spacious rooms. All were decorated with a beach whimsey that added to the experience. All the rooms had balconies. You have direct access to the beach and a pool when you get tired of the sand. The staff was very helpful. Truly a perfect getaway!
