Jan and David are the resident managers and they could not have been more friendly or more accommodating. The property is located on the ocean in the center part of the island and this makes it easy to go anywhere on the island quickly. The unit has all the furnishing you could ask for...Tvs in every room; walk out balcony off bedroom and living room; fully furnished kitchen ( we lived there for four months and have already booked for five months next year); great ocean sounds at all times...just a great and relaxing place to be.

I have had the pleasure of staying here both with my family and my girlfriends! The beach is perfect for all your needs .Great shelling,surfing walking,fishing and of course sitting.My favorite condo item is the tide clock on the bookcase It helps you plan around the high and low tide changes.No matter what your mental state when you arrive -you will leave refreshed and relaxed.The biggest problem no matter how long your stay ...you do not want to leave!!!

Beautiful condo! Location is perfect, the home is clean and beautifully decorated. All you need to bring is a suitcase! Stayed many times, fabulous vacation spot. Town is lovely, great restaurants, shops. Beach is beautiful, perfect for swimming, shelling, peaceful walks. I would highly recommend this for couples or family.

Beautiful condo with amazing ocean views! Enjoy the sunrise while sipping coffee on the balcony. Great beach walking and shelling for those who like to collect treasures on their vacation. Some of the best restaurants you can find anywhere! You will love this place and want to come back again and again!

I have been back every year to this adorable condo right on the ocean front of Fernandina Beach. What a fantastic vacation, the views, the beach, the sunset! This condo is well equiped and home from home. Great restaurants and places to wine and dine should you want to go into town. Its just like paradise and such a relaxing place to go.

Enjoyed a girlfriends weekend at this quaint oceanfront vacation rental. Decorated with such charm and taste. Convenient for us all to fly into and a short drive.
We all loved our accommodations and the beautiful view of the Ocean. Nothing like waking up to this sunny view every morning.
We sipped our coffee on the porch, then wandered down to walk the Ocean. Want to go back with my family or another girlfriend trip. Convenient to restaurants and shops. Or if you like to cook, the place is equipped.
Looking forward to more visits here. -

This condo is perfectly situated between the calm relaxing oceanfront and the quaint downtown area. After a day at the beach - we saw dolphons and horses on the beach - there are many really great resturaunts! The condo is great - casual - whimsically decorated and fun!!! We go there often - we have had as many as 9 girls there for a girls weekend - it was perfect!

The location is wonderful. Right on the beach! The tennis court and pool are an extra bonus as well. What I liked best was sitting on the patio listening to the water.

Our family of five stayed in this condo last year and it truly was magnificent. We drove from Ohio which was only about a 12 hr drive on all Interstates. The condo itself is great because it has the bunk beds for the 3 kids (plus a friend if they wanted), and the couches were great for sleeping as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some great dinners, and being able to look out at the ocean while we cooked was a big plus. The outside balcony was a great feature and we used it all day long, from the morning sunrise until Euker games in the late evening. Our kids really liked the pool, which did not have a view but was perfectly located to call them in if we needed them. The couple who lives on the property could not have been nicer and he kept the pool spotless. There were great restaurants in town and we knew about them from a book that people wrote in who had stayed in the condo previously. We all liked the way the place was tastefully decorated and loved having two full bathrooms. There was a washer and dryer which made it super easy to keep sand at bay and it made packing light much easier. The tennis courts were a nice addition as well. Nothing beats the waves of the atlantic! Everyday, we all boogy boarded and played kadima, then took breaks to nap or read our books. All in all, it was the perfect vacation. Even though rain was in the forecast for the entire week, the storms would blow over us and we got only a couple good short afternoon storms. Thanks for a great experience!
