Nestled in a grove of 100 year old oak trees is your first floor two bedroom/2 bath private villa. Recently updated, everything you need for a great beach vacation is already in the condo. Just bring your clothes and purchase your groceries from one of the three convenient grocery stores on the island.

The villa is located in a grove of beautiful oaks. It is a short walk to the beach on a private path. Relax by the largest pool on the island or play a game of tennis or petanque. Picnic by the pool or the fishing lake. Walk to shopping and restaurants........Slider's restaurant, a fun place for couples and families, is only two blocks away on the beach.
It's just a five minute drive to downtown historic Fernandina Beach.

Our family has stayed here twice and we have had a fantastic experience each time. We fully intend to visit again and enjoy not only Fernandina Beach, but also the restaurants and the condo, which is fully prepared with items for the beach, linens, dishes, and anything else to facilitate your visit to the island. We also enjoyed the pool and just the general atmosphere. You will love it!

This was our first time to rent while staying on the island, it was so comfortable and convenient. Jessie was so attentive and accommodating, very helpful!
The condo was perfect for our family of four. The kids loved eating breakfast each morning on the screened in porch, and visiting the pool. We loved the location; easy access to the beach, restaurants, and downtown, the comfortable beds and linens, and the fast Wifi.
Thank you Tim and Jessie for all of the personal touches like DVD movies, board games, beach towels,toys, and equipment, a well equipped kitchen, and so much more.
I especially appreciate the cleanliness, kudos to the cleaning staff. We visit amelia at least 5 times a year (we have family there), and plan to return! Wonderful experience!

Perfect for couples or small families in a lovely location set amongst the live oaks. Private feel yet right off the main road leading to the beach. The large enclosed patio with lounge chairs & extra dining table was very relaxing. Extra beach towels and beach chairs (even a nifty wheeled carryall to take them to beach) was much appreciated. Well stocked kitchen and tasteful decor. Because of the trees, there's not a lot of light reaching the patio. Also, there was some noise from the condo above. Overall, though, a very nice place for a great price.

We went to amelia Island for Spring Break, and found this condo to be just what we were looking for. All furniture was very comfortable, and felt like home for us. Everything we needed was provided -- from dishes, to dish soap, to laundry soap and dryer sheets, even foil, plastic wrap, paper towel, and napkins. Condo is very well equipped; they also have everything you need for a day at the beach - beach towels, cooler, chairs, boogie boards, and a cart to haul it all. It was maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach, but along a shaded boardwalk (off the main streets), so even the walk was pleasant. Screened in back porch was a huge plus we enjoyed our evenings out their playing cards. Tennis court was a nice bonus and in good shape!!
This was our first trip to amelia Island, much less "touristy" than Daytona Beach. The island itself has everything you need, beautiful beaches, nearby restaurants and grocery and drug stores. The town of Fernandina Beach (which you have to drive to) is a nice historic town, with lots of little shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed a day at Fort Clinch State Park, touring the old fort, taking a short hike where we saw some juvenile alligators, and spent the rest of the day picnicking and at the beach there. Savannah, Ga is only a two hour drive away and we went there for a day trip as well. One last place to consider visiting is Cumberland Island National Seashore -- we read that they have wild horses on the island (you take a ferry out of St. Mary's, Ga), but make a reservation -- we didn't and were turned away as the boat was full -- our only disappointment on an otherwise wonderful vacation.
Jessie is a wonderful landlord -- the place was spotless, paying for the condo through PayPal was a great bonus for us so we could use a credit card to gain more air miles for our next vacation, and she returned our deposit the same week we came home. We have stayed in several different condos and this one is by far the best! It is so perfectly equipped and comfortable, it felt just like home! We never lacked for a thing from all the kitchen utensils, family games and movies, beach chairs and even a cart to carry things to the beach. You thought of everything! The condo is close to the beach, pool, tennis courts, and Dairy Queen. What more could we ask for?

Our experience at this location was completely enjoyable. The layout was great, the cabinets were well-stocked with towels, games, boogie boards, and beach necessities. The owners were extremely cosderate and conscientious regarding our satisfaction and experience and were even compassionate when one of our children got sick and the final payment date escaped our attention. As soon as we finalized payment the Trickett's sent the access information and then refunded our deposit soon after our departure. We will certainly keep their information for our future stays in amelia Island.

Can't express enough how enjoyable Tim and Jessie made our stay. They take pride in their propoerties and pay close attention to detail! My husband and I travel for our company and spend over 120 nights a year staying in porperties all over the country. Have to say our stay at this property and Tim and Jessie's sister property is in the top 5 of all properties we have ever rented! Thanks again Tim and Jessie!!! We will definately be back!!!

Absolutely the best condominium experience my husband and I have ever had in the Fernandina Beach area. Clean, neat, friendly and a safe area for families with children. Bring your bikes and have fun riding safely to the beach and all over this "sweet town".
