Ground floor unit in beautiful Amelia Landings Beach and Raquet Resort. Newly remodeled, family friendly location so close to all the Island has to offer. It is only a short stroll to one of Florida's most beautiful beaches and the condo comes fully equipped with everything you might need to make your stay easy and stress-free.
Amelia Landings is a quiet oasis set among the Spanish moss covered trees. Our unit is conveniently located on the ground floor, and is only steps away from the swimming pool. You can walk to nearby stores, enjoy ice cream, local restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk.

Perfectly located in Amelia Landings Resort on the idyllic Amelia Island, our beach home enjoys quiet and privacy but is only minutes from all the best that Amelia Island has to offer. Of course there are the stunning beaches where you can enjoy an early morning dip followed by shell collecting and hunting for shark's teeth.
Spend the afternoon by the pool or sampling the delicious fare at any of the multitude of local restaurants in Old Town Fernandina. Amelia Island is made for family vacations and you can spend hours wandering the brick-lined streets in search of antique deals, or that perfect book by a local author...while nibbling on handmade chocolate. There is so much to do and no hurry to get to it all. One of our favorite treat are the educational boat tours that launch from the pier at the end of Center Street...reasonably priced and with a schedule to fit any family, they are a must-do that you and the family will treasure. Or visit the famous Fort Clinch and hear tales of the past from soldiers in civil war garb on the weekends - what a wonderful experience!
You can step back to a simpler quieter time on Amelia Island in less than a thirty minute drive from Jacksonville International Airport. What are you waiting for...
