Amelia Island is a great place to vacation! It reminds you of the old fashioned beach towns that dotted the Atlantic Coast before hotels and high rise communities replaced them. There is a real downtown with great shops, restaurants, live theater and museum. The white sand beaches have picnic areas and life guards (summer). Fort Clinch is on one of several state parks on the island. Civil War re-enactments are held there the first weekend of the month. There is something for everyone.

The villa is located in a grove of beautiful oaks. It is a short walk to the beach on a private path. Relax by the largest pool on the island or play a game of tennis or petanque. Picnic by the pool or the fishing lake. Walk to shopping and restaurants........Slider's restaurant, a fun place for couples and families, is only two blocks away on the beach.
It's just a five minute drive to downtown historic Fernandina Beach.

We really enjoyed it, close to the beach and I was very satisfied with little details that Tim and Jessie had considered for the travelers. I noticed cleaness with beautiful interior that reflects amelia island and equipt with all beach accessories and even tennis racquets with balls. I traveled a lot and this was a great stay with my family and Jessie was always quickly responsible when I had a question. I will absolutely want to visit again!!

We rented this unit in March, 2013, and absolutely loved it! It is decorated so nicely and the owners provide for all beach essentials...which, by the way, is just a short walk away! We've stayed at amelia Landings for the past couple of years and really love it. We will definitely come back to this unit again.

We love this condo. We rent it every year to celebrate our family reunion. We would never think of finding a place elsewhere. The pool is nice and the short trip to the beach makes this rental perfect for any family or couple. The condo is always very clean and comes equipped with everything you may need but forget to pack. We love the screened in porch and tranquil decor. This is our favorite summer vacay spot!

really enjoyed our stay in this great beach community. the condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. great pool at the condo and quick walk to the beach make for a long day of fun.
