We found the cottage was nice inside although had been badly Diyed in some areas. It is in fair location, looking towards the sea but the ground opposite was a bit of a dumping ground and the trains awoke us really early which wasn't such a relaxing stay.
The village of Ferry side is quite pleasant and easy to get to. The quiet country lanes were a welcome path for weary travellers and made for some decent views over the sea.
