There is also a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with multi-fuel stove. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

This is a beautiful old country farmhouse that has been refurbished to a very high standard. It is located at the end of a cul de sac country lane so it is very safe for pets and children. there is a gated courtyard to the front of the property with seating. This would be perfect if you have toddlers or a small dog that you want to let out but not let them go wandering. There is a walled garden across from the courtyard which is lovely and well maintained. The house itself is very comfortable. It is old and quirky upstairs. The floors are not very even but it all adds to the charm. There is a lovely stove in the living room which we lit at night- time when it got cooler. At the time there was an abundance of firewood in the shed which we were free to use at no extra charge. The kitchen is small but it has everything you need. The only fault I would have with it is that the seating area is very small. We ate outside but there were only 4 of us so it was snug at breakfast! The place is ideal for a dog as all the floors are either wood or lino downstairs so it was easy to keep clean. There is a very spacious double room downstairs with an en-suite bathroom so the dog was not anxious knowing we were nearby. We wanted to book the property again for a week in July or august but it was booked out and we were disappointed. It is a lovely place to stay and I would recommend it highly.
