It is located in the center of Filderstadt-Sielmingen south of Stuttgart; 5 km from the autobahn, interstate, Stuttgart airport and state fair. The apartments are in a triplex house on a residential road, and thus nicely quiet. Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, table. Nice furnishings. Large living/bed room with king size bed (1.8 m wide), single bed and sleeper sofa. Large dining table with room for six, fully furnished kitchen with fridge, baking oven and four-hob stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tableware, small dining bar. Minibar. Bathroom with shower/toilet. Apartment completely done in wood parquet and tiles. Satellite TV, reading corner, WiFi internet access.

We aim to make you feel at home. Bread roll service, shopping service, children’s cot, advice for excursions/sightseeing, transport recommendations and shuttle service organization, restaurant recommendations… are available.

If you want to go to the sauna, see a musical, visit a fair, we can recommend a babysitter, too. Times TBA, EUR 6/hour.

Prices include running costs such as electricity, garbage collection, heating, final cleaning, WiFi internet access, bed sheets, towels (changed weekly), detergent, free parking spot. Cost per person per apartment; children’s price. Prices include VAT, too.

Check-in is possible from noon until 11 p.m.

Fitness. As a guest in our house, you can use the FP Fitnesspark, one of the most modern fitness studios in Filderstadt and only 4 km from the apartment, for only EUR 5 per day.

Beauty & Wellness. Book a massage, cosmetic treatment or rose bath (also as an offer for two), either in the professional cosmetics studio which is just 3 km away or in your apartment, provided by the team of Spa Oase. Available also on weekends or evenings.
