This detached barn conversion is set in an isolated position near to Burton Fleming in East Yorkshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The Barn is a detached cottage set on the owners’ farm near to Burton Fleming in East Yorkshire. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with woodburning stove. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

What a wonderful holiday, The four of us (2 adults 2 children and 2 dogs).
The house was very clean with all the mod cons. The owners were very friendly and we had no problems. Overall a great holiday!!!.

Fabulous time - despite the weather. Warm welcome - finished to a high standard. Great for a quite out of season getaway - access to the coast for 'bracing' walks.

We spent a week in this beautiful cottage in the summer. The owners are so welcoming, they have lots of local knowledge and are more than happy to give advice on places to see and how to get there. The cottage was spotlessly clean, had everything we could need and was very comfortable - a real home from home! We would definately stay again. 'The Barn' is located in a rural location near the owners home and their small caravan site (used april - October). A peaceful location, very safe for children and pets! Located 10 minutes from the beach at Hunmanby Gap or a little further afield are Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington. Great location to explore local seaside resorts, countryside walks or citites such as York. We loved our stay here, particularly how safe it was for our dog and the scenic country lane and beach walks. It was great to come back after a long day to a warm, homely cottage where we could curl up and relax!
