Our stay at the "Bay to Remember" was on the occasion of my daughters graduation from College. The homes open living room dining room and kitchen areas allowed great family interaction, as well as room to entertain. The home was airy and very pleasant. I would recommend this home to anyone in the area looking for a great base of operation to visit the area or use the lake. The home was very clean and the bedding provided was a great service.
One recommendation is that the linen service should have a few extra towels for those that need one for their Hair as well as a bath towel. -

We stayed at a Bay To Remember in June and it was wonderful. The house was true to the photos, clean, great location, spacious and stocked with everything to make indoor and outdoor living and entertaining a pleasure! Our pre teen and teen aged children loved using the row boat and canoe, pool table and swimming off the dock. The hot tub was working fine and on arrival the firepit was ready--all we had to do was light and enjoy. Extra wood was also provided. The train went by once a day--never heard it in the middle of the night and it wasn't overly loud. Bring water shoes for walking into the lake--rocky but I've experienced worst--after all it is a lake! There is a ladder off the dock, so you can also get in and out of the lake that way. It was a great home, well worth the money.

We felt the Premier people were friendly, accurate, and helpful in describing our property. We were traveling with married children and young grandchildren with occasional friends thrown in.
The home was convenient to all of the things we wanted to do. The space was good for young children indoors. The outside on the lake was not really usable for our setup because of the rocky entry to the water. A sandy beach would have been preferred. Inside was generally clean, although dusty. The cooking facilities met our needs. We were nice and close to fine restaurants and golf courses. The wineries were nice and close also. -

We stayed at a Bay To Remember for 3 nights and had a great experience. Throughout our time there, we were able to take advantage of the boats, hot tub, grill, pool table, fireplace, etc. Location-wise it was ideal, as it was very close to a ton of wineries, but on a private road which allowed for relaxation. This was one of the only properties that offered queen/king beds in each room (as opposed to twins or bunk beds), which was perfect since most of us were couples. We would definitely stay here again.

We were given the wrong keys to start, but the office staff got there in good
time to remedy the situation. The house was clean and everything in good
order. When the microwave broke the owner was quick to replace it for our
stay.
The hot tub had trouble maintaining the proper chemical levels and many of
us got rashes from it, but I have heard that is the nature with hot tubs.
There was no ladder into the lake from the dock, so swimming was a bit
difficult for the younger ones, but with Seneca being so cold, it was mainly
water to boat in and enjoy watching. At times the water is pretty choppy so
if you're looking for quiet waters for younger children, be aware of this. We
observed very little boat traffic and the water was very clear. Despite days
of fishing off the dock and nearby waters in the canoe, even our seasoned
fisherman came up empty, so if fishing is on your itinerary, be prepared to
rent a motored boat.
The house has a new kitchen that is well stocked with appliances, and
utensils, which added to the comfort of our stay. A train pulls through just
behind the property at approx. 2AM on many evenings which tended to
wake the entire household, so just something to be aware of. Also, the
owners live on the premise, which I felt should have been revealed upfront,
but they are respectful and stayed out of our way. The game room in the
basement affords fun evenings for the whole family, and adds another
dimension to the fun. It is a stay to remember at the Bay to Remember.
All in all we enjoyed our experience.

Tulsa, OKA comfortable family retreat
Left on 03/04/2010 for a stay in August 2009
On the whole a comfortable place for our family. We were very disappointed
that the hot tub was broken the whole time. That was a significant criteria in
our rental decision. The $75 discount probably should have been closer to
$200 when comparing costs of other rentals without a hot tub.
The kitchen and great room were perfect for spreading out and enjoying the
beautiful view. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very good. Basement as a
sleeping area is a bit damp, probably not well suited for those with asthma and
allergies.
Since we were a family all convening from out of town we did have a lot of
vehicles. The car minimum was a little challenging as we had singles each
driving their own car. When near by family stopped by for lunch or dinner it
quickly put us over the limit. We loved the location -

We had a great time and it was a pleasure to cook in the kitchen. We very much enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space. We could have used a few more towels and possibly some blankets (it was chilly our weekend!) but overall it was wonderful.

Left on 02/25/2010 for a stay in November 2009
We have been renting with Premier Properties for several years now. We try to make it to the Finger Lakes once a year with a group of friends that vary in number every year. In November there was 8 of us. This house provided us with everything we value most when coming to Wine Country: space for all of us all of us to be together, easy access to the wine trail, and a safe place to hang out and sample our purchases! We have never been disappointed. This particular home was beautiful. Even though the weather was cold, we enjoyed being out on the deck. The hot tub was an added bonus! We are planning our next trip very soon and will certainly be using Premier Properties. Thank you
