Lake Ease is the perfect vacation home to ease away the days on pristine Seneca Lake. This home offers large bedrooms, muti-baths, open kitchen, living room, and dining room, with a very large screened in porch facing the lake, a large yard to enjoy picnics and play, and a 3 tiered deck leading to the dock. With 137 feet of lakefront you will enjoy the peace and quiet of lake living. Rent a boat and water skis, swim, visit nearby Sampson State Park, dine on the deck or enjoy the shade while reading a book on the screened porch. This 2300 sq. ft. home is large enough to spread out in and enjoy yourselves. Enter the front door and be awed by th...e open space, large living room and sitting room to the right hosts modern modular furniture. The open archway dining room to the left will comfortably seat 8 and has great views of the front circular drive and garden. All the modern comforts of home greet you in the kitchen. A large side-by side refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, glass topped breakfast table and 3 bar stools at the informal breakfast bar will make morning meal-time a breeze. Open the sliding glass doors to the rear screened in porch and enjoy casual dining in comfortable shade. For dinner, grill up some fresh lake trout on the propane gas grill and then toast marshmallows in the outdoor fitpit and watch the spectacular sunset over the western shore. Each bedroom is large and has matching headboards and dressers. Closets are large and allow for that extra set of clothes you packed! The central air and humidification system throughout the entire house allows for comfortable sleeping. All bedrooms are on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds, the master bedroom has a king sized bed and faces the lake. There are 2 full baths in the house, the one on the first floor off the kitchen has a standup shower [with a lake view] and the bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower unit [also with a lake view]. If sunshine is more your style, enjoy all of your relaxation time and meals outside on the multi-tiered deck. Large deck chairs face the lake and just beg to be sat in. Set up lawn chairs at the natural beach, dip your feet in and just watch the mesmerizing waves. Or eat on the patio dining set while you watch and listen to boaters on the lake. Both kids and adults can enjoy board games or a rousing game of ping pong on the table in the basement. Bring crochet, bocci ball or lawn games as the back lawn leading to the lake is spacious.   We rented "lake ease" for a guy's weekend - a group of friends originally from the Finger Lakes region that wanted to get together for relaxation and fun. The house was big and provided excellent accommodations, but it was the several tiers of porches/decks and outstanding lake views that we most admired.
