Just the right size for two couples with 1 kid each. The house is cozy, but not cluttered. The sunroom was a perfect place to hang out with the little ones where they could play without hurting anything. The beach is great for roasting marshmallows, but not so good for hanging with the kids (no sand).

We were able to drive directly to the home which was nice since otherwise we would have added about an hour to our trip. The home was very nice. The kitchen was small but functional, except the faucet was too small(only about 2 inches from back of sink) and there was no sprayer.The bathrooms were very nice but having the one off the kitchen was a bit awkward. The big table in the dinning room was lovely and the benches were really comfortable.The bedrooms were cozy and beds comfortable. The sunporch/living room was fabulous! The table and chairs were great for playing games and the two seating areas provided room to spread out. The room had so many windows it was like being outside. The deck was very nice as was the dock and beach area. The midlevel seating area was a surprise and one we used a lot. The view there was better then the deck and shadier than the dock/beach area. We also really enjoyed the privacy and being set back so far from the road.

This was the first time we have ever done anything like this. The place was nice. We had a family weekend. My husband's sisters, spouses and a friend went for a long weekend to see the Finger lake area. The home was very nice. Plenty of room for all of us. The great room was wonderful. The view of the lake was terrific. As we sat around in the evening playing games we saw a ship go by with the lights on. We thought was a dinner boat. We would come back and use this house again. It was a little tricky to get to. It rained hard the day we got there, which made the lane a little slippery, but worth it. The check in and check out was really very easy and much better than what we thought it would be. Definitely would rent this place again!!!

Check-In while a little distance from the Rental was very quick and greatly appreciated since we arrived later then anticipated.
The house was lovely and everything we could have asked for.
We were right on the lake with a wonderful dock and deck.
The only complaint is the house could have been a little cleaner, but then again I'm a bit of a neat freak!!! :)

Booking was a bit frustrating because the website promised a '10% discount if booking on a Tuesday' (which we did) but needed several follow-up calls to actually have the discount included in the paperwork. Also drove 45 mins. out of our way after a 6 hour trip to pick up the keys from the realty office only to arrive and be told we could have gone straight to the property. (That may be in the materials somewhere...if so, we missed it.) The property was very nice overall, but it clearly had just been painted within a day/days of the beginning of our vacation, and the smell of paint was present throughout the house for the first several days we were there. Last comment more of a suggestion--the house is in such a great location overlooking the lake. The view off the back porch would be amazing if a few of the tree limbs were trimmed. As it is, it's tough to see much beyond the property from that deck. But overall a nice house, we found it exceptionally clean upon arrival, plenty of clean extra bedding, with many amenities that made our stay comfortable.
