We stayed in October 2012 sharing the house with 4 other couples (one couple had to use downstairs room with trundle beds but didn't mind). The house is beautful, comfortable & centrally located for wine touring. The house is actually better than the pictures reflect. The only odd thing about the house design is that the master suite's bathroom has no door! It is just open to the bedroom. We didn't care for that (some things just need to stay private and we've been married 31 years! Lol)this is our second year using Finger Lakes Premier Properties - and we plan to book with them again. They are fantastic to work with, very accomodating and they make check-in/check-out a breeze with the keyless entry systems!

My family and I had a wonderful week at this home. I put down average only because, for the money that was spent we got what was payed for.
On another note as stated above it truely is a beautiful home but a word of advice.You have a gourmet kitchen with horrible cookware and cutlery. Also please have the cleaner check the grill for cleanliness and fuel, both needed attention. -

Our family had a family reunion here over here at this lovely home. This home can accommodate a lot of people and it spacious and clean. Its across a small street from a great big clean lake. We had lots of fun we will defiantly be returning next year.

We reserved this house 3 months in advance in the summer of 2012. It is newly built or renovated completely. The setting is great for group of people who did not see each other for some time. It is spacious and very clean with enough furniture as if you live at your home, even the decorations was not forgotten. It is great for all ages of a family, everyone will find something to do and enjoy him/her self.
The lake view is excellent and may be the best in the area, walking biking, fishing around the house was great.
The beach was far better than what we expected and the kids spent endless time there Many items for beach play were available and free, we only had to rent few kayaks.
In short, we will go there again and we pray for the owner to stay healthy and to keep the house as good as he can get...

Wow! This house was much nicer than the pictures let on and my group and I were more than pleased with the accommodations. This was a great place to stay and we are keeping it in mind for our next big group/couples getaway vacation.
Only problem was we ran out of propane, but we located the second tank attached to the grill by the lower house so the steaks were saved! -

best home for a group of friends or family! we had 13 people and we all fit perfectly. fooseball table, great decks, parking for 5-6 cars.
beautiful house!!! everything is brand new, fireplace is great. stunning view of lake.
kind of a drive from Watkin's Glen and Seneca Lake wineries, but there are a bunch of other wineries around there. -

place had everything but a ladder to get in and out of the water. The dock furniture was old but worked fine ( if you want to get $$'s for a place would have been nice to have nice furniture). A great time though and thanks for your service.
