We were attracked to this rental due to the number of people it could accomodate. In reality it is a 3 bedroom and there is a bunkroom with double bunk beds in the back of the basement if you had young kids. However in July it was very hot, stuffy, and damp and the beds are not designed for adults. I would recomend that a quality sofa bed be placed in the family room to accomodate adults or children. The mattress in the second floor bedroom is terrible and we purchased an air mattress rather than try to use it after the first night. For the price charged we expected better sleeping arrangements for 10 people. Other than sleeping arrangements the rental is very, very nice. Furniture and household items are great. For people flying in it would help to have a couple of coolers available. Location, lawn, and views are great.
