NY, NYGreat place. We had a good time.
Left on 11/26/2012 for a stay in August 2012
The house was very spaceous and had all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was very nice.
The lake had alot of weeds around the dock and was disappointing as we couldn't swim much right off the dock/beach as a result. The outside BBQ was great - we cooked there almost every night and the kids loved the firepit.
Stargazing from the dock was great.

papeaceful, nice home

We stayed at this house four times. Everything is very nice. Lots of room for everyone. The downstairs is very nice with the pool table & bar. The hot tub is a big hit every time, no matter what time of year it is.The only problem we all agree on every time is the water pressure, or lack there of. There are two & a half bathrooms and you run out of water every time. You certainly can't have 2 people showering at the same time. You also don't have enough pressure to run the dishwasher, so we do the dishes by hand every time.Over all, it's a very nice place.

Brookside was everything we expected with no disappointments. We have vacationed on Seneca for three years in a row and found Brookside to be our favorite.
The set up of two separate living areas worked very well for the younger portion of our group allowing them their own space.
The hot tub felt wonderful and was a very high quality tub. The boat lift allowed me to not worry about my boat in bad weather. We were able to launch the boat right at the property, very nice to be able to do that. ( 18' ) The outdoor kitchen area was used and enjoyed most evenings. Very nice grill that worked 100%, even the starter. Area was very quiet, minimal neighbors, hardly any boat traffic.
Best red wine in the area is directly across the lake at Shalestone Winery !!
The only negative is the drive down to the property, if you are pulling a boat be very careful when approaching the house, its a steep hill. All in all I would highly recommend, we had a great time.

Lockport, NyBy far one of the nicest properties on Seneca Lake.
Left on 02/24/2010 for a stay in July 2009
The amenties were amazing. The nice level ground made it very accessible for my elderly parents and children. The boats available and the pool table kept the kids busy rain or shine. The outdoor kitchen delightful. Wish it was available the week we are looking at this year.!!!

Philadelphia, PAUnforgettable vacation
Left on 02/24/2010 for a stay in April 2009
The house was great! We loved everything about it except for the upstairs bathroom did not have much water pressure. The house had everything that we could need. We did not even got out to eat that often. Just went to the local grocery store and cooked at the house. The grill and the hot tub were great to help us unwind from our crazy lives. All the wineries were amazing to visit. The driveway was very interesting the first time we drove down it but now it is all something that we laugh about. We can not wait to go back again, hopefully very soon!
