As you pull into the driveway of Hakuna Matata, you will begin to relax. The level front lawn of this home is dotted with fruit trees and perennial gardens. Along the southern side of the home, a stone pathway wanders through a shade garden towards the hot tub, grill and lake front deck.The front door of this year-round home brings you to the entry hall, conveniently set up as a mudroom.       Beautiful scenery and very relaxing.

      My family and I had a wonderful stay. We were able to enjoy the outdoor hot tub and did a bit of shopping at the Waterloo outlets. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks to the people at Finger Lakes Premier our stay was very pleasant and relaxing.

      House and location was wonderful. Rental costs for the property were fair but the add ons by the rental co. were exorbitant especially for a 2 night stay.

      Hakuna Matata is Great

      The house is in a great spot and comes with everything. We used the canoes and kayak and enjoyed fires on the beach. We swam out in the lake and had a great time visitng the wineries and farm stands.

      The only negatives were that the hot tub is a little dinky and the lake is a cold water lake and we did not have much fishing action off the dock.

      We enjoyed the Hakuna Matata very much and were pleased with the overall experience.

      Tranquil Getaway

      After a long drive from New York city we finally arrived at the Lake House all be it in the dark. The house was stunning. Nice and roomy and well equiped. Waking up the next morning we were treated to a beautiful view of the lake. The area is peaceful especially the time of year we went, so perfect for a quiet getaway. That being said your a short drive away from most major stores.

      Would thoroughly recommend this location. Service from Premier Properties was excellent and very helpful as well.

      We enjoyed this lakeside retreat tremendously. The view of the lake was wonderful. The home was comfortable and clean.

      Best: the chairs on the dock were perfect for a book and a glass of wine. Sunsets.

      Least: the "room" off the kitchen didn't have doors. As a result we had to tiptoe around with hushed voices while our 1 year old fell asleep.
