This is a great property. The house is clean, very comfortable with great amenities. A lack of signage made it extremely difficult to find. Three separate cars of family members attempted to find this property. After driving around in circles--literally-- for about 35 minutes, we finally followed what looked like an unused, dead-end, unpaved road next to construction equipment. That proved to be the correct road!!! No one except a desperate person who tried all the other roads would have gone down this. You need to add multiple signs to find this property. It's not right to have just one sign on the main road.

Our stay resulted in the ultimate week of R&R;!! The house was clean and comfortable, and on the most private setting imagineable. No one was around all week, until the weekend came and a few neighbors showed up. Ac would have been great, but we survived! Directions for operating the TV would have been helpful, as it took us 2 days to realize that it actually did work (user error??)! There are no boats or watercraft available, which would have been perfect, so bring rafts! Also, the lake off the dock is all seaweed on one side, and all zebra mussels on the other. But it's clear as day and clean! It is a stretch to find a complaint. Nearby restaurants in both Watkins Glen and Geneva, hiking in Watkins Glen, Antique shops, wineries, and even the Waterloo Premium Outlets! Love love loved it!

The Layout, size and location were great, But we were told this was a A plus property. It was dated , dark and had musty carpets. The lower level playroom stunk.
A little updating would go a long way. -

We had a great time, everything was as advertised.
The entire family (all 10, from the 4 yr old to the
79 yr old) had a wonderful experience. The unit was
clean, neat and functional. We attended the IRL Race
Weekend at the Glen and used it as a "central"
location for shopping, wineries and dining for the
week.
