Villa Olivia is situated on a hill with olive grooves with a spectacular view on the bay of Finikunda, on the south-western tip of the Peloponnese in the province of Messinia; a harmony of peace and beauty.
The house was built in 2005 and it has 2 apartments on the ground floor and one on the first floor, each with a covered terrace and beautifull views also on the Tayegetos mountains.
The breeze coming from the sea makes it, even in summer, agreeable to sit among the olive trees in the garden.There you can also use a traditional oven to make your own bread or bake a pizza!

We live in this property almost every year for last 4 years.That is why I can say with confidence that it's the best place for vacation for me and my family. Apartment are fully equipped with all that a family with 2 small kids might need during 1 month vacation. All beaches that are in walking or car distance are very different and perfect and you'll' never get bored of discovering all of them. Greece is the best place in world, Peloponnese is the best place in Greece and Kotsireika/Finikounda is the best place in Peloponnese...

We stayed at Villa Olivia for four nightsd and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, pleasant and had everything we neeeded with a beautiful view. Sabine and Bruno are very welcoming and generous people. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relax?ng retreat.

We spent 5 nights 10-14 june 2012, Bruno met us when we called, we followed him up the hill to their home and our studio. Every thing was perfect just like the photos, clean, great bed, kitchen well equipted etc. Its also a good location to visit other Villages. Bruno and Sabine will give you all the info, if you need some. The beaches are beatiful plus clean clear water.Finikounda a place to stay and wisit, you won't be sorry.

It was instantly apparent upon our arrival at Villa Olivia that the resident owners/managers care about their property, and their customers. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the layout was accurately described in the advertisement. The terrace was large and yes, had spectacular views of the Ionian sea. We were fortunate enough to be there during a full moon, and spent the evenings simply enjoying the view. Sabine greeted us and throughout our 4-day stay she and Bruno made sure we had whatever we needed. The location was a bit remote, which was exactly what we needed after a few stops in other, more "touristy" locations in Greece. The final 100 yards of road has some deepish ruts and some largish rocks, so it's rough for a sedan, especially with several people and luggage. You definitely need a car to get around, though, and several nice small towns and beautiful beaches are all within a 20-30 minute drive.

We just had the best holiday since years at villa olivia. A beautiful house with a spectacular view, very quiet and peaceful. Not far from a nice beach, only 5 minutes drive. The owners are so friendly and nice and make you feel very welcome! The appartment has every thing you need, nice athmosphere and is very clean. Good balcony, good beds. No complaints whatsoever.

I was picked up in Methoni by Bruno as I have no car,very good service,I'd say,and from there I was just beieng looked after in a friendly and unintruding way,which made my stay comfortable ,private, easy, The house is even more spectacular situated than the pictures on the homepage indicates,-it's just beautifull beyond description,-and the silence!!! It is very rare today to find a place without a constant noise from machines,cars,people,whatever.I spend many hours unwinding at the balcony.The flats have all amneties,and are practical and beautifull.I will be back in autumn,looking forward to that already.
