This detached cottage is located near to Fionnphort on the Isle of Mull and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Ardlea is a detached cottage on the edge of the village of Fionnphort on the Isle of Mull. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin (both with ensuite) and a separate shower room. There is also a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking and a garden with outdoor furniture and spectacular views. Just over a mile from the ferry terminal to Iona on the south west tip of Mull, Ardlea is a lovely holiday cottage in a stunning location.

Amenities: Electric heati...ng with electric fire and air conditioning in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD, selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden to front with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and coast 1.5 miles.

Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Town: The village of Fionnphort (pronounced Fin-a-fort) sits on the Ross of Mull and has a beach, a café and a shop. From here you can visit the islands of Iona or Staffa.Read more

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  Ardlea Cottage was our home-away-from-home on the Isle of Mull for 5 nights recently. It is a large, comfortable and very well-equiped cottage. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is another, larger, bathroom as well as the lounge, kitchen and dining areas, and a laundry. All the facilities are fitted out to the highest standard, and the kitchen is very well-equiped.
  The cottage is located a few kilometres from Fionphort at the far end of the Ross of Mull. It is quite isolated, and a long way from the main town on Mull - Tobermory, and so wouldn't suit everyone. but if you are looking for peace and quiet, and a nature-based holiday I would definitely recommend it.
