We absolutely loved our stay in Villa athina. It offered all that we required for a relaxing holiday - breathtaking views from our private balcony, central location with walking access to the town, but at the same time quiet and secluded. The villa is spacious (comfortable for a family of 5 adults), modern, clean and fully airconditioned, which is important in summer! We heard music from the bars sometimes at night, but we didn't allow it to bother us! Both Petros and Jacquie were helpful. Petros handled my villa queries and booking efficiently; Jacquie made restaurant suggestions and reservations for us, our port and airport transfers were well organised and the villa was serviced daily. One has to walk on cobbled paths down to the villa and up to the town, therefore this isn't suitable for the very young or elderly!

The villa was a great size, the patio provided amazing views. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy at night. A kettle would have been a great addition in the kitchen for those that like a cup of tea rather than coffee.
The position was wonderful (if you don't mind the nightly noise). -

We had a wonderful 5 days in this villa. Fantastic views and great service - including the daily cleaning service. The villa's greeter Jacqui also was exceptionally helpful in setting us up and assisting us with problems caused by flight delays on our departure. The amenities and layout of the villa put it in the top class of holiday stays for our family.

We stayed at athina villa first week of September 2010. Athina villa is located on a cliff in the town of Fira in Santorini. The views from the (really large) terrace are just incredible, probably some of the best views in all of santorini. You can view the island of thirasia, the two kameni volcanoes, town of imeroviglio and oia. The villa is large, clean and beautifully done. Both the bedrooms were good size. We were two couples staying and had enough privacy in both bedrooms. The second bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has a small balcony. The bathroom is a bit small with not too much space to keep your stuff. Also part of one of the walls in the 2nd bedroom is opaque glass - looking over the living room downstairs. Villa has marble flooring throughout and it seems the place is recently renovated. We bought few bottles of wine from Santo winery and spent evenings and nights watching beautiful sunsets over thirasia - absolutely gorgeous. The town of fira is nice but very touristy - hordes of tourists are dumped by cruise ships every day. There are a couple of restaurants/bars that play really loud music at night in Fira and ruin the ambience.
Villa itself is 5 star - location, great views and very well done.Â
We booked the villa with Petros over the phone and he is a pleasure to work with, very accomodating and helpful with local recommendations. He arranged for pickup and drop off as well. The villa, like most places in santorini, is not on a motorable road - you have to walk down from atlantis hotel - good workout! -

This was our first time to Greece and we were absolutely speechless at the beauty of the hotel and the views were absolutely stunning! It was a true pleasure to wake up and just look out over the cliffside and see the breathtaking views of the water. This is also a convenient place to stay as it's close to many great restaurants and shopping.

I took my husband to athens and then Santorini for his first trip to Greece. He enjoyed athens but was then blown away by the stark beauty of Santorini, especially Fira. The hotel is beautifully decorated with modern luxuries, the staff was kind and courteous, and the breathtaking views are like nothing else in the world! The luxury villa where we stayed is in all white marble with a grand staircase- quite a site. The location is also optimal, with restaurants and shops close by. My husband and I are eager to return and often tell our friends how spectacular our stay was. Once they see our pictures, they whole-heartedly agree!

We loved staying at this villa. The location was perfect; just steps from the main part of town, yet with a private balcony and gorgeous pool overlooking the cliff and sea. The amenities and lay out of the villa are great and can easily accomodate a family, it was certainly more than enough for 2 people! The service was also great. All in all, a great vacation spot to experience the best that the Greek islands have to offer.

I passed a week vacation with my partner last august in this wonderfull villa.
First of all the location is perfect, you walk out the villa and within a few minutes you are in the heart of Fira.
The views are trully magnificent,. You can stay for ours in the huge verandah gazing the sea. Sunset is also spectacular.
The interior of the villa with the white marbles is really impressive. Do not forget the owner to show you the lovely pool that yu can use just below the villa. You have to share with others but it is still refreshing , especially in the hot days of \august when I stayed in the villa.
I will definitaly come back when i vist Santorini again -

We have stayed numerous times at Luxury Villa in Fira, Santorini, and everytime we arrive our breath is taken by the beautiful accomidations and magnificent setting. The staff at Luxury Villa are outstanding and see to your every need. The rooms are exquisitely clean and roomy. There is nothing like waking up to a seabreeze and looking out your balcony to see the gourgeous Mediterranean Sea right ouside your balcony...absolutely breath-taking!! We loved it so much, we have taken our neighbors to Luxury Villa so they can experience true paradise! We will be returning here...hopefully on a yearly basis!
