This place truly is Paradise. My husband and I spent 11 days on the island and everything about Little Palm and our trip exceeded our expectations. The suite was pristine and contained everything we needed for our stay including a mini fridge, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and more. The view from the suite balcony cannot be beat and my husband and I were awestruck each morning when we awoke to our view of Fish Bay. Michael was beyond helpful in terms of assisting us in navigating the island. With it being our first time on St. John, he met us at the ferry, helped us locate our rental vehicle and led us as we navigated up the mountain to the villa. Michael was also incredibly helpful in terms of his advice on beaches to visit and restaurants to eat at. We tried nearly every restaurant in Cruz Bay and almost every beach on St. John and we were not once disappointed. We could not have paid for a better concierge service and were very grateful for all of Michael's island knowledge. Michael is a very gracious host, always willing to lend a helping hand while also respecting our privacy. We plan on returning to St. John very soon and already know that we will again stay at the Little Palm/Palm Vista villas. The service and views are the best on the island and we look forward to experiencing it all again!

Our recent stay on St. John was delightful, and the Little Palm Honeymoon Suite was a key part. To put it simply, it was exactly what we were hoping for, everything we expected, and even offered a few benefits we had not considered since this was our first trip to the area.
The view from the porch was stunning, and we enjoyed sunrises, sunsets, and plenty of moments in between. Even a midnight viewing of the stars was amazing.
The Fish Bay location was great, providing access to Cruz Bay in 15-20 minutes but also to Centerline Road via Gift Hill for easy access to north shore beaches and Coral Bay. It took a couple of days to get fully comfortable with driving on the narrow and steep roads, but after that it was easy (although we did prefer to be back to the villa before sunset). With a little homework, we learned how to easily get to a neighborhood south shore beach that was long and secluded, being mostly within the park boundary.
The villa was simple in layout but upscale in style and quality throughout, just as described. The kitchenette was small and limited, but combined with the outdoor grill served all our needs. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spacious and well-designed.
We enjoyed access to the pool shared with the owner, Michael, who lives up above in the same structure. We had wondered about how much privacy there would be when the owner is in town, but the nicely architected separate entrance gave us plenty of distance. Michael was in town the week we were there, and we considered it a nice benefit since he knew how to be unobtrusive and yet cheerfully available for questions and helpful information. He helped with several small details that made our stay more enjoyable, and one of his suggestions for food turned out to be our favorite.
Everything about the villa and its surroundings was beautiful, and we would love to return for another visit some day.

Words cannot describe how fabulous our vacation was! For the first time in my life, I was speechless due to the astounding beauty of St. John Island! The accommodations were everything we dreamed of ... And more! We loved the location and were happy that we were away from city so we could enjoy peace and quiet, but we had dinner in Cruz Bay every night except one, and we took advantage of the grill. The views can't be beat and we are so thankful that you shared your piece of paradise with us!
We visited a lot of the beaches and drove all over the island! We took a boat trip on the Bad Kitty and it was so fun. We didn't want to leave and we hope to return very soon! -

Thanks for the nice accolades. Guests should know that the suite is almost at the top of a mountain which is what affords such breathtaking views. The roads and driveway are paved all the way from Cruz Bay to the front door. Richard and Linda were delightful guests...he likes Mount Gay Rum so he's ALWAYS welcome back!

We had a wonderful time staying in St. John at this Little Palm Villa. The view was unbelievable. Michael the owner met us at the ferry and escorted us in our rental car to the villa. If there were any issues he would take care of them. He also provided nice insights in to the shopping and places to eat. We also enjoyed getting know him. The property was well maintained and we enjoyed being able to eat in the Villa versus going out for every meal..
The drive up to the Villa is steep but well worth it for the view.

Little Palm was wonderful and Michael could not have been more hospitable. The view of Fish Bay was unbelievable and the suite was private, clean and very comfortable for the two of us! We truly felt like we have found paradise and are already trying to plan our return visit to St. John/Fish Bay!

This was our second week-long stay at Little Palm in as many years. Obviously, we love the place. Michael is a great host, the property is very comfortable and the views are breathtaking. The pictures don't do it justice. There is a tremendous amount of things to see and do on St John. This property works out great for my wife and I. Rumor has it we're already planning our next visit to Michael's island paradise.

Lovely, spotlessly clean (and I mean, eat off the floor clean!), with a view that will take your breath away. A studio with a king size bed, flat screen TV, large marble bathroom and enough of a kitchen area for all your needs, other than an oven - which was more than fine with us! (there is a grill if you feel the need to cook an entire meal). Private pool and beautiful landscaping - perfect place to enjoy a drink in the evenings and watch the sun set. My husband and I have rented many places over the past 17 years on St. John, and I have to say, this goes down in the books as one of my all time favorites. Not sure how to explain the sense of belonging I felt while I was there, or how safe...we didn't even bother locking the doors. The owner, Michael, was the perfect host - very helpful and extremely hospitable. Thank you, Michael, I hope we can back and visit again soon!

This villa is so amazing, we did not want to leave! The view is great, you get both sunrise and sunset. And looking out over Fish Bay you can see Tortola in the distance. The villa is the perfect size for a couple, with a small kitchen area and table, along with great patios and a pool that gets afternoon sun. The king size bed was very comfy and you have the view from bed too. The bathroom was very nice and much bigger than what I was expecting based on the photos. What made the villa so special though were all the little touches the owner made with the decor; as well as providing little things that you don't think of until you need it, like a wine opener, coffee and a book of island information. We plan on coming back to St. John very soon and will want to stay here again!

Our time spent at Little Palm Vista was magical -- the view of the ocean/cove from the hilltop was amazing! The accomodations in the suite were luxurious and the perfect amount of space for us while celebrating our 10 year anniversary. Our host was a wealth of information, friendly and very gracious of our privacy. The drive up the hill was manageable after doing it a few times, but it may not be for the faint of heart. Simply put, it is the drive! Access to the pool was a requirement since you are 10 minutes from the beach. We feel lucky to have chanced upon this gem!

My husband and I stayed in Michael's private suite during the first week of July. Since we are having a baby in November, we wanted to experience a second honeymoon, and we both agreed it was even better!! What a perfect place to get away and relax, all while having the option to go on adventures around an amazing island. When we arrived, the view was breathtaking! Michael is the perfect host and did everything he could to make our stay perfect. By renting a jeep, we were able to explore the island's beautiful beaches and snorkeling, but then we always came back to the most amazing property/view. One of our favorite parts of our vacation was waking up and having breakfast on the balcony. The kitchenette is perfect and we felt like it had everything we needed. We had breakfast in the suite, packed our lunch daily, and even made a dinner or two. We enjoyed going out to eat dinner at Morgan's Mango and Lime's Inn. There are other great restaurants as well! Enjoy paradise with top of the line amenities!

We stayed eight days in the Private Suite. My husband and I loved it.
The suite was large, well furnished and the bed and bedding exceptionally comfortable.
My favorite spot was laying on the bed as the fan above blew in my face and the magnificent view enveloped me.
The private pool was perfect...even has a small basketball hoop!
The suite was well stocked...extras like tote bags/beach towels and a grill!
The location was nice...just 10-15 minute drive to town but
you felt very secluded.
The property manager was outstanding...made wonderful
suggestions for eating, boating, beaches.
We loved our stay!

This is a perfect place for a romantic private getaway. Beautifully appointed living space and building architecture, wonderful panoramic views from the balcony, colorful wild flowers surroundings a perfect deep pool for 2! That's besides the special care from the owner and property manager and...the magic of St John's pristine beaches and snorkling!
