vacation villa with a pool and hot tub on Fish Bay on St. John in the U.S.
Virgin Islands and is offered for your vacation pleasure.
Sundancer Villa has two private, air-conditioned, Queen sized bedrooms with 2-bath and a third twin or king bedded loft reached by a spiral staircase. It is in a quiet, tranquil setting among gardens extensively planted with tropical flowers to deliver color all year.

The town of Cruz Bay is a 10 to 15 minute drive. The world class North Shore Beaches in the Virgin Islands National Park are a mere 20 minute ride. We are happy to report that as of the spring of 2010 ALL of the roads to Sundancer are now PAVED. No more dirt road!

Our family of 4 stayed here over the Christmas/New Year's holiday in Dec '12 - Jan '13. Its a wonderful spot - perfect for our family. We had a couple of very minor issue, both of which were quickly addressed by the property manager (Cimarron) who was excellent.
This is a very quiet, secluded spot with great views. Pool and hot tub were a perfect way to end a day at the beaches. We were so relaxed, that we usually simply cooked our own dinners at the Villa instead of driving into Cruz Bay. Gas grill (Weber) was great!
The a/C units in the bedrooms were pretty loud, although we didn't really need to use them much as the villa gets a great evening cross breeze. Beds were firm and comfortable, although I would suggest upgrading from the polyester sheets to something a bit better (cotton).
Nice touches include beach chairs, coolers and ice packs for our daily trips to the various wonderful beaches. Very complete and helpful binder of activities, beach and trail descriptions, etc was a real plus for us.
Photos from Vrbo/Trip advisor are representative of the villa - they don't do the view justice, but I don't see how they could! -

My wife and I started going to Sundancer in 2006. We go at least one a year, usually in the Fall. We have had some minor problems along the way, but Cimmaron Property Management repsonded promptly to fix them. We love the location - high above Fish Bay with a great view. We really enjoy the pool!

This is our 4th family vacation at the Sundancer Villa. Very private with a great deck [with swimming pool and hot tub], overlooking Fish Bay. I miss those sunsets!
