Seawards is a lovely three bedroom vacation rental property sitting on the edge of a lovely quiet beach on the west coast of Barbados.
This beautiful beachfront home offers three air-conditioned, en suite bedrooms, a large open plan lounge and dining area, patios and outdoor dining and of course direct access to a lovely beach this property is perfect for romantic couples, families or the adventurous types that love to dive, snorkel and enjoy water-sports.
Seawards has also recently added a lovely splash pool which is ideal for cooling off after a hot day of sunbathing or activities around the villa.
All in all Seawards has something to offer for everyone.

Response from the manager We regret that this guest was not satisfied with the accommodation at Seawards although we appreciate and accept that he felt it was necessary to make his position known. Seawards is a 3 bedroom beach property situated along a stretch of highway where other rental properties, hotels and restaurants are located. We do not consider that our advertisement of Seawards is in any way misrepresentative of its location. The doors and windows at Seawards are double glazed, not because of any noticeable noise but to remove any possibility of this and provide additional comfort for guests, even though we have previously not had any complaints regarding noise from the highway near Seawards. Barbados is not a 24 hour service destination and any real or perceived intense traffic along that area of the highway usually ceases by 11pm. There is more activity during the day, but it is not disruptive to the property. There is not a continuous traffic flow during the night and we are therefore unsure of how this conclusion was reached. A refund could not be considered since there was nothing physically wrong with the villa and we would have been deprived of the opportunity to further offer the villa for rental at that time. Parking is available at the front of the property and this has been left as an open area to facilitate the need to park more than one vehicle with total ease. Beaches in Barbados are not private and locals and visitors alike share this facility for swimming, jogging or walking. Seawards’ gardens are enclosed for privacy however, the walls and shrubbery have been kept at a low level to allow persons to enjoy the scenic beauty of the sea itself, as well as the sunset, without any obstruction. In addition, we confirm there are areas in the sea where reef does exist however, this is limited and there is a pathway just above the property on the beach that provides a clear path into the sea where people can and have enjoyed bathing and frolicking.
