“Wonderful weekend” Wonderful location. The prettiest pool ever, This condo has a very clean well equipped kitchen. The baths were clean and plenty of linens for our stay were provided. This trip was a birthday gift to my tired stressed daughter, mother of my only grandchild. Everyone had a great time.

“Papa and Gigi's Family Vacation” This was our first time at Phoenix West and it won't be our last. Great location right on Orange Beach. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Lovely, clean, and spacious 2nd floor condo overlooking the lazy river. There were 5 adults and 3 children in our group. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.

“Winter retreat” Had to take my daughter back to college and escape the frigid north. This condo was perfect. Clean and the furnishings were outstanding. I only hope I can do this again real soon. “Nice Home On The Bay” Exactly as advertised and value priced for beach trip at peak season. Very nice CLEAN unit in beach home in a small cove on Hudson Bay. Convenient access to Marina, quick walk to the bay, and less than 5 minutes to several choices of public beach accesses, three of which we utilized, all wonderful. Owner and unit manager responded quickly to email/call with brief wifi outage (no fault of owner) and manager showed up at unit to trouble-shoot issue within minutes. Unit C is upstairs, not appropriate for anyone who cannot climb stairs to enter an apartment. Loft bedroom was perfect for two young adult daughters. Living/den area was very clean and roomy for family of four plus family dog. Master bedroom average size. All mattresses, including sofa mattress very comfortable. If interested in kayaking or canoeing, this rental would be ideal, as there is a public launch within 25-50 yards, bring your own and fishing gear, lots of old wooden structures near the marina that should be great fishing. Charter cruisers and fishing are also located next door.

“Everything we hoped for...” This is our second year to visit Gulf Shores, and the accommodations were fantastic. The location was ideal. The house itself was in great shape, clean and roomy. We had 6 adults, with more than enough room for everyone. The pool was an added bonus, as well as the outdoor grill area, which we used every night. It was large enough to share with the other units at the same time, The owners were very responsive, and answered my text messages immediately. I would certainly stay here again. Everything was as advertised, and then some. It has been a great trip this year, and I highly recommend this property.

“Peaceful, homey cabin on bay near Gulf beaches” We loved this cabin! I hung out on the wayside dock with a crane next door while watching beautiful sunsets. The Gulf beaches are close by, easy to access, and not crowded. The cabin reminds me of what Gulf Shores used to be like before all the development on the beach. This is a wonderful site for a family vacation.

“This is a perfect condo for a small family.” The condo is conveniently located on the beach with excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. The rental is very well equipped with items you need for a relaxing stay. Everything went very smooth while we were there ...no trouble at all. The property is NOT so big that is overly crowded on elevators or beach. NO long waits for an elevator and lots of space on beach to spread out. We'll consider this rental again!!!!

“Great condo!” We really enjoyed our stay at the Purple Parrott. The condo was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. They even had Netflix. The kitchen was very well equipped...including a blender and crockpot. It was a short walk to both pools and the gym. The outdoor pool was wonderful and had plenty of lounge chairs. We loved being able to take our own drinks to the pool. The beach was less than a mile away. This was the first time we had not stayed directly on the beach, but it was a much better bargain than a hotel room. We would definitely stay here again.

“Wonderful Christmas!” This condo was so much more than the pictures depict! It was a wonderful place to stay for Christmas! Dana was the absolute best person to work with! She quickly returns any phone calls and emails. She was even nice enough to text us to see if we had everything we needed!

“Enjoyed!!” This place served us well for our needs. We would stay there again. The gated community was nice and the pool area was wonderful. The place was clean and ready for our check in and didn't have any problems. The bed in this unit lacks in the comfort department. It really shoudl be replaced. Other than that it was perfect for our short stay with our boys.
