It has three bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, a shower room and a separate toilet. The property has central heating and heated floors. two families (4+5)had a great week in Flachau where we stayed in the Broganhouse Chalet. It is next to the piste and the lifts with no more than 40 meters of walking before we could out the skis on. The appartment is new with all the amenities modern families with children can wish for.

We really loved both Flachau and Broganhaus - it's really next to the slope, very comfortable, suprisingly well equipped and very high standard, great both for parting parties and families! What's more - contact both with the owner and hausekeepes is very nice what makes your stay even better:)

We have stayed at this property for the last two years, we have booked again for next year! the property is gorgeous, very spacious, clean and a short walk from everything you need! the view is lovely. the property has a relaxing feel to it and all our friends have been very impressed! The owners are very friendly and easy to contact if needed. The cleaners are also very nice and helpful. We can't wait to return!

We (extended family of 9) enjoyed the Christmas week 2012 in Shaun's "home from home" chalet very much indeed. We found the wide, uncrowded, woodland-lined pistes were great for our family. The ski-in-ski-out chalet has a superbly equipped kitchen (if we guests stop putting the sharp knives in the dishwasher, they won't get blunt), comforts of under floor heating and boasts great views over the valley, all of which are delightful treats to ski home to. Good room/person/bathroom ratio too. Grandma was a little bit stuck up on the hill with the two tots, but giving her a hand was no problem as we could easily just ski-by and help her down. If you can all ski, you would only ever need the car to fill up the fridge from the well-stocked spar supermarket. Shaun is a helpful and accommodating landlord, which rounded the stay off perfectly. We loved it.

This is a fantastic property, right on the slopes, it has everything you need and lots more that you want! Plentiful Hot water and underfloor heating, lovely living space all beautifully maintained with a very high standard of furnishing. We had some beginner skiers (who rented a locker at the archerJet) and walked up and down and great skiers who were delighted to be slope-side. The owner was very attentive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and Flachau as a ski-ing destination.

Had never heard of Flachau before and have had the best ski experience out of all the resorts I have been too, absolutely cracking ski in and out location in a very very well equipped ski area. On and off the piste had a fantastic time, this place has everything to offer to couples, families and groups. I imagine it is just as good in the summer and have booked to go back next year after just 1 x week of returning.

We really enjoyed our recent visit to Broganhaus as we have on the last two occasions.
Having skied in France for many years I am certainly a convert to this lovely part of austria, with its pretty tree lined pistes, good quality/value for money mountain restaurants and fun après ski to be had at the end of the day.
The chalet is immaculate and well positioned next to the main slope up from Flachau village.
Facilities are excellent both within resort and when you get back to Broganhaus in the evening, the owners of this chalet have obviously put some thought into what makes the difference in a good chalet holiday.
I would have no problem in recommending the Broganhaus chalet and Flachau resort to my friends.

This is a 5 star chalet with all modern amenities and has its own cellar with washing and dryining facilities. It's very spacious and has a large kitchen dining area. An outstanding place to stay I have used this chalet for 3 years and it is very clean and well positioned for the slopes you can ski down to the lifts and back into the chalet. No walking with ski boots and skis. I would fully recommend this place. The resort is excellent and they are building a new lift to link another resort Excellent.

Broganhaus is a modern, spacious, well equipped ski chalet that is ideally located to enjoy the excellent facilities in Flachau.
Perfect for families or groups of friends the chalet is also perfect for skiing the ajoining resorts of Wagrain, St Johann,Zauchensee, Obertauern and Schladming - all reachable within 30 minutes or less...
Highly recommended - we will certainly return. -

This is one of the best located chalet's in Flachau,both for ski access and socialising.Combine that with the facilities for either families or groups,and i would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

Broganhaus is a beautiful apartment with proper home from home comforts. Easily the best ski apartment we've stayed in, with the heated floor an absolute dream to come home to! It has ski in/ski out facilities although my wife couldn't manage the last part of the Red run which is quite steep and gives access for the Ski-in. We loved Flachau which has some delightful places to eat and discover, all within a good apres ski walking distance! The locals are very friendly, we had excellent service with a smile and not at rip off prices. We drove from the UK - 801 miles from Dorking, just about manageable in one day!

It was very spacious for a ski apartment, with two bathrooms and a double height ceiling in the huge living room/kitchen/dinner. Really good for two families travelling together or groups up to 10. It is about 50m from the piste and I was able to ski down to the cable car in about a minute and back to the door at the end of the day. It has great views across the valley and Flachau. I will definitely be going back next year - I have already booked. I also stayed in this apartment in the summer. It is a very quiet location and the views were stunning.

Very very nice apartment and very well equipped. Great that it's so close to the achter jet lift. Just jump on your skies and you're there:-))). If you want to live "on the slope” and in a very modern apartment you should choose this! Thanks to the owner for very fast respond when contacting. We warmly recommend this apartment.

Broganhaus is superb. A home from home. Heated floors, hot water on demand,plenty of space, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, flat screen tv and surround sound - all amounting to a lovely place to rewind after a hard day's skiing. Oh, and did I mention it was right next to the slopes?

Overall...its really a nice property.. and lets start form the beginning. 1-location first: its a perfect location who is looking for a panorama views and high ground overview. 2-second is the furniture: form inside the house is really nice and it has a nice furniture with all you need also the accessories such as blinding, tv, dvd, internet cable, etc.. 3- cleaning...the house is very clean from out and inside its just need to clean the corners from spider web if possible. 4- environment...i know this was too hot in austria..my suggestion is to provide a small air condition device if needed for summer time.. thanks
