My family and I had an amazing stay. Everything was above par except for the internet connection. The wifi did not work. I reported it, but the problem was never resolved. I know that I'm supposed to be on vacation, but in this electronic age we depend on an internet connection. Since it was advertised as provided, I planned to handle a few business matters during the week. Otherwise, the accomadations were excellent. Also, we could have used some instructions on how to operate the TV in the living room.

This was our second time there for a family reunion. The grandkids loved it. Our overflow spent the nights at nearby Cinnamon Beach. The location is fantastic with the back deck leading right to the beach. There aren't enough tables to feed large groups. Since we had been there before, we brought two long folding tables we bought at Wahlmart and Lowe's. The only problem was that the wifi kept going out and had to be constantly rebooted and one bedroom light downstairs was hard to turn on.

We absolutely loved this house . It is humongous and you can walk right down to the beach. It was pure heaven the week we stayed, plus Publix is conveniently right down the road

aside from unit could have been better cleaned our experience was great.We did have a problem with the air conditioning unit called after 7 pm manager was there right away and had dispatched an air conditioning company to repair.When we did call the office, staff where very curtious and prompt.The info package that was given to us for shopping,restaurants, attractions was very useful info which we used.If your a big gang like we where 6 adults 4 children this is definitely the way to go.Very private beach so you don't have to fight with the crowds.Lots of wildlife we even had Dolphins in front of our Beach house on several go back with a big gang would definitely go this route again. Again great location very quiet if you want to enjoy quality time with your family.

I will start by saying the house is very nice ,untill the power, cable ,the washer 4Tv's and the wifi stopped working then it took the first three days of our vacation to get them right . Strangers in and out of the house at all hours of day and night. Not so much as an apology just everyone blaming the other guy I want my three days back

Very nice location right on the beach, the beach was very nice with all kinds of shells to pick up. The house was spacious with just the right amount of furniture all in good shape. The only major disappointment was the fact the entire place needed a through cleaning, this was disappointing as we had a mandatory cleaning charge added to the rental.

This was our second stay at this property. Upgrades since first stay are very nice. Large open living area upstairs is perfect keeping the group together in one room and not spread out all over the house.

We were so excited to be able to walk down the steps to dive into the water. The house was very spacious and looked just like the pictures. Minor things such as a few things that didn't work (blender, microwave, coffee maker, can opener) were easily overlooked

There was apparently a misunderstanding about the condition of the downstairs bathroom. I was told by the cleaning staff it was out of order, this was wrong and the management company sent someone to check this out. There was work being done onthe walls in the bath which did not affect using the tub and commode which we learned on Monday. All in all my family had a verynice time and the place is very nice. I advised the management company that we did have a mouse in the kitchen on Friday. I am certain they took care of it.

We just returned from our stay in this most beautiful home! The setting is extremely perfect, the house was the best! Totally worth the $$$. We had 15 people staying and you would never know it! Our best vacation ever according to all of us who stayed here and this house and the location had everything to do with it! We had a very nice time with the family. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is supplied well with everything we needed for a large group. The beach is very nice and the location is very quiet. A few suggestions...none of the windows had any drapes on them. Also, to get to the main living area you need to be able to climb a spiral staircase or use the steps outside...this could be a problem for anyone who has physical limitations. Overall, a wonderful place!

This home was great. If you like the pictures you will like the house. We found the house very clean. Wonderful location so close to the beach we could sit on the deck and watch the children as they played in the surf.Spacious, something for every age group. The children loved the loft. The only prblem ew found was the doors facing the beach were hard to open. The view was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. We would certainly recommend this house to anyone and hope we can go again.

House was great and slept all of us. Only complaint was the many bugs downstairs and no blinds which made it hard for people to sleep. Also, the back screen door was broken. But otherwise- really really fantastic!!
