Flagler Beach is a small community on the east coast directly between Daytona Beach and St. Agustine. Flagler provides that old Florida charm and family atmosphere that is so hard to find anymore. There are no franshises in Flagler Beach, all of the restaurantes are locally owned, and quite extraordinary.
Flagler Beach is 1/2 hour from both Daytona and St. Augustine, and 1 hour from Orlando. Flagler also sits within a short distance to 5 major golf courses.

All who visited commented on how lovely the unit and view of the ocean was. At night with a window open I could hear the surf...so relaxing. The master bath contains a large bathtub that was divine to relax in. It was one of the most comfortable places I have ever rented on a short term basis. The owners are a delight to work with and are very accomodating...even when I called them in the evening upon my arrival and could not locate the unit. At night, Ocean View Condo's signage is not lit, so beware and prepared. Once found, it was easily relocated. I highly recommend this condominium, particularly if you like places that are expertly decorated.

Booking sight unseen, you can never be too sure what you will find on the other end - only my imagine my deep sigh of delight when we arrived at this wonderful home to find everything exactly as detailed.
But taking a step back, I must first commend the owner for being so communicative, quick to respond to any emails, inquiries or additional questions. Not only that, but the directions and extra information about the house was very, very thorough and we had no trouble locating or entering the home. One of the things we first noticed about the exterior was the lovely landscaping... perhaps a small point, but so many of the rental homes have nothing but junky looking rock and/or gravel. Obviously the main draw is the ocean view, but it's nice not to have to overlook a crummy yard to do so!! The inside of the home was superbly clean - not just "freshened up" clean, but baseboards were clean, bathrooms were spotless, etc. With three small children, its so important to come "home" to a clean rental and this place certainly delivered!
The owners have everything you would need (and then some!) in their fully stocked kitchen. Just bring/buy food and you'll be set :-) Also, they had loads of spices and seasonings, which was a pleasant surprise and certainly saved a few dollars off our grocery bill. There were plenty of bath towels, hand towels and washcloths - again, so nice when you have 7 people staying in the house and you don't need to wash towels every single day to ensure there's enough to go around!! One total life saver was the beach cart in the garage - what a handy thing to have! The owners seemed to really have thoughtfully evaluated what potential vacationers might want or need and stocked it.
Overall, we were thrilled with the home and plan to make it our destination next year as well - I couldn't recommend it highly enough!! -

We spent a wonderful week at Randy's home in Flagler Beach. The house is everything the pictures portray plus more. It is a beautiful well maintained home that has all the ammenities anyone would need. One of the things we enjoyed most was sitting on the huge deck looking out and listening to the ocean. We were lucky enough to see dolphins one morning. Very beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed the small town quiet charm of Flagler Beach. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed several of the local restaurants and all were very good. The beach is within steps and not crowded at all. Besides enjoying the house, the beach and the town we did take a day trip to Disneyworld which my grandchildren as well as the adults enjoyed very much. It was about an 1 1/2 drive from Flagler Beach. If you are in search of a great house with wonderful views and all the ammenities this is the house you are looking for. Try it and trust me you will not be disappointed. We are looking forward to a return trip.

We loved staying so close to the ocean. We watched the sunrise while drinking coffee on the deck. It was great! We enjoyed having so much beach stuff provided. We go to the beach every year. This is the first time we have booked in the exact same house.

The beach house of Randall Cody at Flagler Beach is perfect for our family. He provides everything you need for a totally relaxing vacation. The house itself is in top condition and the cleanest of any place we have ever rented. Plenty of room for everyone, easy access to the beach, wonderful front deck. We have rented this house for about 8 consecutive years and enjoy it more each year. I recommend it to anyone without any reservations.

I have stayed at this house on several occasions during the last 4 years. I love that this house is located right on the ocean, there is nothing better than waking up to a sunrise on the atlantic. The house is spacious as well as modern and the deck that overlooks the ocean is huge! Four large bedrooms make it ideal for large groups or intimate enough for four couples. The owners have gone to great lengths to ensure that we have everything that we need in order to have a great stay. I love that this little town is completely unspoiled by large numbers of tourists or large businesses. I will continue to stay at this house as long as the owners continue to rent it!
