Description

Want all the amenities of a hotel but not the lack of space? This lovely condo has a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, cable tv, wifi, bbq, and fitness center. The reclining leather sofas are very comfortable after a day of hiking and if you have more than 2 people joining you, the extra bedroom provides the privacy you won't get in a hotel. The updated kitchen has all the conveniences of home. In 2016 a whole house fan was installed to bring in the cool outside air in the morning and evening into the condo. Makes our condo very enjoyable. Access to the Grand Canyon and Sedona is super easy. The condo is stocked with trail maps and hiking books to find the perfect excursion during your stay. Enjoy all the extras for a very affordable price!

Response from the owner I'm sorry that you stay wasn't as you wanted it to be. I understand it can be frustrating at times. The summers do get warm and sometimes hot and the portable A/C units don't cool as good as I would want them to. We are working on finding a better solution for the summers and appreciate your feedback. The screen doors were immediately fixed but I was only aware of it after the previous people left and you had checked in that day. I did have them replaced soon after I found out. Sorry for the inconvenience!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
