Sleeping five people in three bedrooms, this semi-detached property is in the village of Flamborough. Sea Break is a semi-detached property in Flamborough. It has a double, a twin and a single room, and a family bathroom. Downstairs is a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside is off road parking for one car plus additional roadside parking. There is also a lawned rear garden with furniture and BBQ. The amenities of Flamborough are a short walk from Sea Break, and the area is great for enjoying wildlife, walking and cycling, or historic houses.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Sea Break is an excellent place to stay. The location is great for the shops and the pubs. We much appreciated the warm welcome from the owner. Sea Break is very spacious, warm and comfortable which we needed with 3 young grandchikdren. Private parking and also use of the garage for muddy boots was a great addition and was needed, as the weather was not great. There is a garden but as it was Oct then we did not make much use of it. It is an easy walk to the nearest beach. Lots of attractions not far from Flambrough, and walking on the coastal paths is a must.

Good family sized home. Ideal location for walking. Plently of local pubs that serve food on the doorstep. Would recommend. Hope to visit again
