With 2 Bedrooms (one with an awesome adult size bunk bed) this brand new cottage home is one of our most “kid friendly” homes on the property. Wood Duck Cottage fit the bill for our weekend visit to Hendersonville for a funeral. Six adults and one toddler shared this home comfortably. The cottage was comfortable and immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped for eating in. Lots of close by places to grab a bite. The farm area in the backyard was enjoyed by everyone as well as the lake and many walking trails. Steve and crew were very responsive. Thanks for a great weekend.

Tulip Tree is a lovely duplex cabin within walking distance to everything on the property. The upstairs bedroom is open to the downstairs, so less private. The downstairs bedroom would be comfortable for 3 children or adults.

I loved the resort and wanted to take the goats home with me! I found that most of the waterfall exploring we did was an hour drive so I wouldn't stay here again due to location. My cabin would have really benefitted from some more cable channels and wifi! Our last night we had a fantastic dinner at seasons but 150 for three was crazy, no wine, just food! I understand they are separate from you! Overall, very nice experience!

We loved our vacation with Highland Lake Properties. Steve was wonderful to talk to and the cottage was immaculate and adorable. My children had such a great time visiting all of the animals. The goats were so friendly and fun to have right outside of our door and the gorgeous peacock was unexpected!
