Tree Tops is situated overlooking Llanfynydd valley which is in the foothills of Wales, 20 minutes from Chester and 45 minutes from Snowdonia. Llanfynydd village is in an unspoilt area of green fields grazed by sheep and the views of the surrounding hills from the elevated position of Tree Tops are magnificent. Enjoy perfect peace filled only with birdsong and yet it is so convenient for all the major road sytem of the North West of Great Britain. Tree Tops overlooks a stretch of the ancient Offas Dyke, built by King Offa to separate the English and Welsh!

Tree Tops garden apartment is a separate wing of the house which is situated near... the first of the fly fishing lakes. It is all ground floor.

The car park for the apartment is outside the door which takes you into the hall. Off the hall is the large shower room with washing machine. The other door leads into the lounge/diner/kitchen which has fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher.

There is a pine dining suite and scandinavian style lounge furniture and a T.V.

One door from the lounge takes you to one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The other door takes you into a bedroom with three single beds.

The six windows of the apartment have pretty views of the lovely countryside, the bedroom windows being low which gives a feeling of being part of the garden. On the West end is the private outdoor area with seating for six and a barbeque overlooking the fields with hills in the distance.

The apartment has been graded three star by the Wales Tourist Board. and is inspected annually.

It is available to let for short, weekly or longer lets, for a week the cost is from 300 to 600 pounds inclusive of heating, electricity, bed linen and towels.

Tree Tops is situated along a private driveway from a country road which is accessed from the B5101 in Llanfynydd village one mile away. It is in an unspoilt area of rolling hills at 600 feet above sea level. The majestic Snowdonia region is only 45 minutes away. Chester is 20 minutes away. Llangollen, famous for its international Eisteddfod, river, canal and steam railway is 25 minutes away.
